Stopped in at closing, & Emma was incredibly gracious. My wife was craving zeppole, & thankfully, they had them. Perfectly fried with a nutty flavor, the dough was spot-on, & the ricotta filling was rich & just sweet enough. Also grabbed a pistachio & a Nutella cookie-both stellar. Can't wait to return for the savory options. Feels like the kind of place where friends gather over cards or a soccer game. A great find!Voir plus

C'est une place que j'ai fréquenté quasiment tous les jours lors de mes shifts (je travaillais à côté). J'ai toujours apprécié le propriétaire & les serveur.euse.s qui y travaillent. En revanche, j'ai vécu une mauvaise expérience qui reflète l'attention qu'ils portent à leurs clients... j'avais réservé une table pour un match de foot. Je me suis prise à l'avance afin de faciliter la coordination. Le jour même je n'ai pas pu me rendre, seulement 2 personnes du groupe sont allés à la réservation (j'ai appelé 2 fois pour prévenir & j'ai laissé des messages pour informer que nous ne serons plus le même nombre). Une fois que mon frère & sa blonde arrive sur place, la serveuse vient prendre une commande, ils disent alors qu'ils prendront une limonade & un Perrier. Elle repart. Le propriétaire arrive en leur disant qu'ils ne peuvent pas rester en terrasse s'ils ne consomment pas d'alcool & à manger (il est 15h de l'après midi & c'est un café par un restaurant). Puis la serveuse pour répéter la même chose en disant "bon, vous commandez quoi du coup?". Il avait déjà commandé, & n'ont jamais été informé avant de cette nouvelle formule terrasse "privilège". Je comprends qu'il faut qu'un client soit rentable s'il occupe une place pendant un long moment. Ils allaient recommandé à boire par la suite, plusieurs fois, mais le propriétaire & la serveuse ne leur ont pas laissé d'autre choix que de partir ou de prendre des places intérieures. Je suis alors venue, bien que malade, pour éclaircir la situation. Je leur ai partagé mon mécontentement & ma peine de voir que les choses ne peuvent pas être dites avec diplomatie... je leur ai dit que je payerais l'équivalent de deux plats & deux boissons supplémentaires, si c'était ce qu'il fallait pour assister au match en toute tranquillité. Le propriétaire a clamé qu'il ne "répéterait pas 6 fois la même chose" & est parti. Je suis déçue de voir qu'un café auquel je suis allée quasiment tous les jours & à qui j'ai envoyé tout mes clients, traitent les gens avec si peu de gentillesse. Nous avons payé le bill & nous sommes partis & nous avons regardé le match chez nous. Quand une formule est obligatoire pour pouvoir assister à un événement, la moindre des choses est de l'indiquer AVANT que les gens ne passent commande ou si ce n'est pas fait... dire les choses avec diplomatie. 🙂↕️ Belle journée 🌸 Cordialement, ClaraVoir plus

I walked in & the barista did not acknowledge or say hello to me at all despite making eye contact with me numerous times when I first came in. I stood around the till awkwardly for like 15 minutes while she did stuff behind the counter, & even rung up a customer who was in line behind me (but was just paying for their dine in order), until another barista eventually helped me. That second barista seemed surprised I hadn't ordered yet. I understand that the first girl may have been really busy or finishing her shift but for the amount of time I waited it would have been nice for her to say even one word to me while I was stood there. Just was an awkward experience. I wouldn't go back here when there's so many other cafes in the area with more of a friendly community vibe.Voir plus

did I meet a marinelli brother? I'm not sure! What I do know is Their breakfast sandwich was delicious (though I am a vegetarian)!! They were very sweet & were surprised when I put no sugar in my espresso. The brother () thanked us for coming in & the service was great! Thanks guys!!Voir plus
