Just had Mandy's & it was honestly such a great experience! The service was fantastic - super friendly, quick, & really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The salads were just as good: fresh, flavourful, & perfectly portioned. You can really tell everything is made with quality ingredients. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something healthy that still tastes amazing!

Please note that this is the 3rd order in a row from the West Island location which has had issues. The first time, all the salads were wet, the second, the avocado was rotten & this time, they fully forgot a whole salad with zero help to solve the problem - even after speaking to them on the phone. This is unacceptable. Not only have you shrunk the salads but the service is declining. For the price we pay, I would expect a lot better. Instead of spending all your time opening new restaurants, maybe you should focus on providing better quality & service at your existing locations

Exceptional service & top-notch management - you can truly feel the care & attention behind every detail 🙌. The food was fresh, well-balanced, & actually healthy 🥗✨ (which is rare these days, since so many places overload everything with salt).

I left feeling energized, satisfied, & genuinely good - not heavy or bloated 👍. It's refreshing to find a place that prioritizes quality, wellness, & taste all at once.

Highly recommended if you're looking for delicious food, great service, & an experience that makes you feel great inside & out 💚👏

I've had a couple bad experiences when ordering online at this location, but their customer service is friendly & responsive always trying to make it up for their mistakes. Aside from that food quality is great-always fresh & their dressings are out of this world. We also love their merchandising & how they try to keep it up with new products & collections. Kudos!

Horrible dine-in & take-out unlike other locations.

Quality & quantity diminished as the time goes… Really disappointing as I used to LOVE mandy's salads! Did takeout a few times, & it's so unfortunate that the portions are tiny & the ingredients aren't as fresh… Often times even missing items in the order..

Tried to reach out to them via their website & email, but they don't seem to care enough to answer.

New menu, not as good as old. Quality & freshness not what it used to be. Feels like an « optimisation »consultant came in to cut costs.. Lettuce was a bit wilted. Disappointing.
