La première fois qu'on ne peut pas terminer une mousse au chocolat & un gâteau. Le goût sucré de gâteau d'épicerie & clairement pas frais. Franchement pas impressionnant.

Si j'étais le patron de cet établissement & que je voulais conserver ma clientèle, j'exigerais de mes employés-es qu'ils donnent un meilleur service.

J'adore cette boulangerie pour son gâteau au chocolat. Au coeur du centre Angus, c'est l'endroit idéal pour un goûter. L'été, je profite des tables extérieures pour jaser avec mes amis.

J'habite & je travaille dans le
quartier Angus depuis 2012. Je vous encourage depuis ce temps. J'ai reçu aujourd'hui un service méprisant de deux employés différents. J'ai laissé mes achats sur le comptoir & je suis parti; un des deux employés m'a même encouragé à quitter! Je n'en reviens pas encore. C'est donc terminé pour moi. Il y a heureusement plein d'autres options dans les alentours.

J'ai essayé de nombreux produits & excepté peut-être la pana cota je suis déçu, c'est fade sec & quand il y a du goût c'est rarement celui espéré (& je ne suis pas seul de cette avis). J'ai pris des madeleines & certaines ont été brûlées. Bref je déconseille si vous cherchez des produits de pâtisserie boulangerie.

Le service est excellent, ils connaissent leur produits. Je recommande le tournicotti, la crème à l'intérieur est divine.

I've been a customer for many years. They have amazing bread & can slice it onsite. The chocolate cake is a winner & they always have seasonal treats. The store itself is beautiful.
However, they are practicing shrinkflation… the croissants, chocolatines & loaves of bread are getting smaller.
There can be improvements in the customer experience in two ways: 1. Make a clearer lineup for customers - it's chaotic to have 6-7 people milling about. 2. The signs asking for respectful behaviour are repeated everywhere. They're large & it is super weird… we worry for the employees.
TLDR: the size of the products need to be brought back to normal & the customer journey in the store reconsidered.

I've been there a couple of times now & I thought at first that I just went on a bad day, but no. Service is very minimalist (not the price & the asking tips though) & selection is very limited compared to the others. I even left a full bag after order there because the cashier forgot to bring it at the counter.
Anyways, do yourself a favour & drive a little longer to the next Mamie Clafoutis. It will be worth your time.

Absolutely loved my experience at the coffee shop! Everything was just amazing & fresh, from the aroma of the beans to the delightful pastries. The atmosphere is incredibly cosy & beautiful, creating the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend visiting for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a welcoming environment!

My go to place for granola, which is amazing. However, when I went today & wanted to pay by debit, their card machine actually forces people to give them a tip, even if you are not eating at their establishment, by deactivating the No tip button. Very dishonest. To get around this, simply press the Other amount button & leave it at 0.

Really good pastries as usually with Mamie Clafoutis but service was subpar this Tuesday.
They served people who were behind us & arrived after us, & when they finally realized they should have served us instead, not a single sorry or acknowledgement. Seems like it's normal to them.
