I've been a customer for many years. They have amazing bread & can slice it onsite. The chocolate cake is a winner & they always have seasonal treats. The store itself is beautiful.

However, they are practicing shrinkflation… the croissants, chocolatines & loaves of bread are getting smaller.

There can be improvements in the customer experience in two ways: 1. Make a clearer lineup for customers - it's chaotic to have 6-7 people milling about. 2. The signs asking for respectful behaviour are repeated everywhere. They're large & it is super weird… we worry for the employees.

TLDR: the size of the products need to be brought back to normal & the customer journey in the store reconsidered.

The absolute best chocolate cake I've ever had 🤤 it's how I thought the Matilda chocolate cake would taste like iykyk . Also the pistachio croissant is to die for.

Mon expérience chez Mamie Clafouti a été malheureusement décevante. Le croissant que j'ai commandé n'était pas frais, & la boisson était pas de bon goût (je suis accro au 🍵). De plus, mon pain au chocolat était plat, & personne ne m'a demandé si je préférais le réchauffer ou le consommer froid. J'espérais mieux, & je pense que le restaurant devrait améliorer la fraîcheur de ses produits & son service client pour satisfaire pleinement ses clients.

Très déçu par les croissants dernièrement. Ils sont tout petits, a peine la taille de deux doigts & tout sec... Tout ça pour le même prix qu'avant. Avez-vous changé la recette ou la cuisson ? C'est le deuxième de suite comme ça que j'ai.

Belles pâtisseries, gateaux & tartes fantastiques!, TRÈS bon croissant (peut-être les meilleurs en ville avec les Copains) & bien sûr très bon pain. Endroit très décontracté & agréable pour déguster leurs produits avec un bon espresso allongé.
