Afficher toutsandwich(78) lebanese(43) taouk(35) lebanon(32) sandwiches(28) recommend(27) chicken(25) fries(23) tasty(16) garlic(16) highly recommend(15) burger(15)I had lunch at Malak al Tawouk today, the REGULAR size Shish Tawook sandwich is SO BIG, very rich & made generously. Ratio wise, size to price, it is difficult to find in Montreal the same size tawook sandwich for just 10.5$ with a great quality & ingredients. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Let me lay it as is , I'm 48 years old grew up with these sandwiches, it's close but not there, like Lebanon. Burger is good, taouk is cold & dry, it was left for too long on the grille, probably cooked in advance as you see in the pic & piled up to keep up with the rush. Soujouk is not edible , has nothing to do with Soujouk, French fries sandwich is ok, but not enough French fries in the sandwich , liver was not bad , I would have left a 3 star but bash is a friend . I left a 4 star. Quality of food needs to be worked on. This is not the Malek Al Taouk we know. Yes, I lay it as is, even if it's a friend's place... sorry Bash. I know you take pride in your restaurants . This needs work.
A clean & tasty place to eat sandwiches & burgers. The staff was friendly.
Best taouk in town sandwich is huge for 10$ u can beat the portions amazing verry autherntic
It's like taking a quick trip to Lebanon! We loved the tawouk sandwich. The staff is very friendly.
Definitely a pretty good sandwich. My experience on this day was a little bit dry, but still very tasty. Will definitely return!
The fries sandwich is a guilty pleasure that reminds me of my childhood & it is amazing, I thought I was bias but my boyfriend is Canadian & he fell in love with that simple sandwich! A MUST TRY!! The special tawouk tastes just like Lebanon, full of flavour super well rolled. Last picture is to show how hygienic they actually are!
The food tastes amazing & come in many sizes. The service is great because the staff are very nice. The thing is that there aren't many spots & that the restaurant is a little bit tight. Other than that, everything's very impressive! You must try their Lebanese burger :) 👌🏼 But they put way too much garlic in the sandwiches. I even had a garlic trace the next morning 😅
Some of the best toom (outside of homemade) I have had! The sandwiches are so big, go for the small unless you plan on having left overs. The staff was friendly & helpful. The seating was limited at the time we went, but it's such an easy thing to eat on the go! I will be coming back in the near future! Their original chicken is the highly recommended!
Sandwiches are tasty & filling. The place was clean. Would definitely come back
Good place try Lebanese street food:) had Tawouk & soujk. Chicken a bit dry but overall is great. 10.5 you get huge sandwich:)
Just had my first sandwich here & it tasted SO good. Very similar to its authentic Lebanese flavours. It made me very happy! The place is super clean, the staff is kind & helpful even the music was nice. Happy to see someone share the delicious flavours of Lebanon with the people of Montreal who always appreciate them. Also, the prices are quite reasonable, which is nice to have these days.
Yesterday we made a 2 hour & a half trip to Montreal to taste the Lebanese Tawouk at the new Malak AL Tawouk location. Unfortunately, I didn't think about getting some extra sandwiches for later 😞. Fortunately, I can see there is still hope for a good Lebanese food taste in Canada. There is hope for good food in Canada. Malak AL Tawouk was amazing, I hope you come our way to Ottawa.
First congratulations on your new chain opening in Montréal. Today just got two sandwiches of tawouk they were amazingly delicious! The toum extra on the side is homemade. This whole experience took us back to our childhood in Lebanon. We also ordered the burger libanais to take out on our trip back to Toronto. Very friendly atmosphere & service. We will surely come back!
