Une belle soirée entre amis, Charles notre serveur est extrêmement gentil, professionnel & très efficace. Son accueil chaleureux, son service rapide & toujours avec le sourire. Une personne amicale qui fait vraiment la différence. Bravo & merci Charles!!!
I loved everything! Food was delicious. Warm & cozy Ambiance! The band & singer Miss Michelle Sweeney were amazing. Would defintely go back!

Been here a few times. The place has a amazing vibe.
But the only issue they have that you would book a table near the stage! Then a day before your day of booking, they call you & say that there are no available tables near the stage! The only tables available is on the second floor where you can only hear the music but not see the band! They should sort out their customer service specially for returning customers.

Excellente soirée, bon band, belle ambiance!
La bouffe est bonne pour ce type de resto, mais le service laissait un peu à désirer. Nous avons quand même attendu un bon moment pour notre nourriture, par contre c'était parfait pour nous donner le temps d'apprécier le show sans stresser.
Somme toute une super expérience!

Un bon souper avec spectacle de Jazz. Ce n'est pas la place pour une ambiance feutrée. Faut s'attendre à parler fort & chanter avec le band. Je n'ai pas été déçue de la nourriture & le service était très bien.

Un de mes restaurants préféré à Laval! Un incontournable pour une expérience hors du commun. Excellent bands de musique Jazz + Excellent service & nourriture & cocktails impeccable ! Je recommande cet endroit.

Nice ambiance but the jazz show we were anticipating was very disappointing. The band did covers of pop songs, not worth $15 imo. Service was slow, food was mediocre & a mandatory $2 coat check on top of it all was laughable.

I went there with my family to celebrate my birthday.
It was such a beautiful place - I had never been to anywhere this beautiful before!
The food was fresh , & the live band made the night even more special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful night for us. We will never forget it! 💖

Adore cet endroit, on se croirait en Nouvelles Orleans. Le decor est magique. L'equipe est tres sympatique & la nourriture très bonne. Le SHOW etait fabuleux & l'ambiance survoltée. Le meme band repasse je crois autour de l'Halloween. Jly serai certain.

Went on july 6th for my bday ! I enjoyed my dinner. I love all types of music & performances so I was in my element! But this is not a place where you can invite anyone , especially if they are not fond of jazz or open minded... The food was ok. The drink was ok . Be careful with the 15$ band charge, they charge for each guests & that doesn't even cover the tips... In this economy, its a lil bit excessive for a none gastronomic restaurant. & restaurants with bands there's plenty like that in mtl & they dont charge for bands... Anyway, its a restaurant for special occasions but I'm not going to attend regularly... Nonetheless, I had fun!! The decor was amazing !!

This was my first time visiting House of Jazz & it was fantastic. I went there for a birthday celebration & we all had a super time. I especially loved the groovy vibes of Michelle Sweeney & her band. Her 3 sets included a melange of all genre of music. She even threw in some Latin beats that got you on your feet. The musicians surprised us also with their solos. What great voices!!! Michelle Sweeney's performance was simply outstanding.

Great place , great food, somptuous decor & ambiance. A bit pricy. I wouldn't charge cover if I order a meal even on Saturday night. Band was good & singer was great but hardly any jazz.

Wow wow wow. Where do I even begin. This is the single best jazz club I've ever had the opportunity to go to. The place is simply fabulous & looks like it's straight out of a movie of some kind. I was greeted by the owner & an employee & they accompanied me to my reservation spot. While we were going to the second floor where u was meant to enjoy my meal, I was able to take a quick glance around me & see a panoply of well decorated spaces with specific lights creating an even more interesting & jazzy atmosphere. I never would've thought a bright gem like that one could have been hiding right there in plain sight. We had originally made a reservation for 9 people & we had requested to be put in a little room. The room will be in the videos & it was gorgeous as well. I had been there before & never even knew that it existed. The staff came regularly to ensure we were all ready to order & just to see if there was anything they could help us with. The food took an average time of 27 minutes to arrive, & I must say that it is extremely impressive that it was done so quickly seeing as we had all ordered different kinds of meals & were still served at around the same time. My meal was well plated & the tastes simply embraced my tongue like a warm & nice hug. They were gentle & agressive, offering a wide array of various sensations & flavours which all complemented one another so perfectly. I was amazed.

One thing that is important to note is the price of your entry. It was 15$ more per person because we had to pay for the band & frankly I'd have paid them much more for how good they played. Then there's also something you must look at. Just make sure you are aware that the price of the shots are marked for individual shots & not for the whole round. One of my friends hadn't picked up on that little subtlety & was quite shocked once the bill arrived. Other than that, excellent everything. I'm super glad I got to be there & enjoy myself with my friends.

10/10 would recommend

I had a pretty good time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic-very welcoming & had a great vibe. The live band was the highlight of the evening; they played wonderfully & really set the tone for a fun experience.

However, the food didn't live up to expectations. While it wasn't bad, it was definitely just'mid' - nothing to rave about, but also nothing to really complain about. Overall, if you're looking for a good time with great music & a lively atmosphere, it's worth a visit, but don't expect the food to steal the show.

This place is beautiful, with New Orleans vibe! Amazing decor, great music (the band is outstanding). The food is not bad, would rate it 3/5 because you won't go there for the amazing food, you should go there for the ambiance, loud live band & outstanding decor. Great place to celebrate an event.

This restaurant is very special in its decor! It had, for me, a New Orleans atmosphere. The Bands a d signers are just very good. As for the service & food, I give it a 5 stars!
