Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Sérieusement très déçu un fond de bol de soupe à peine 8 cuillerer ensuite le plat principal raviolis au fromage & champignon genre 10 raviolis & un petit désert mousse chocolat . 1 pichet de sangria & 3 7up. Nous étions 5 pour un total de 540$. Sérieusement j'avais encore faim en sortant , l'ambiance est très bonne mais la musique beaucoup trop forte impossible de converser pendant le souper. Je me sens vraiment comme si je me suis fait volé, je ni retournerai jamais.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with 15 guest. It was splendid! I am very particular & I'm not easily impressed/ pleased. I must say I was satisfied, & so was my guest. The food was very tasty, a bit on the cold side. Presentation on point.Staff fun. Ambiance classy/ unique. Entertainment 💯 Price: reasonable is a joke. Highly recommend. My new spot!

C'était ma première fois à la Maison du Jazz pour l'anniversaire d'une amie, & j'ai été très agréablement surprise. Le serveur était très aimable & a dépassé nos attentes. La chanteuse sur place était impressionnante. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place, mais nous avons pris l'apéro, & c'était très bien. Je recommande vivement ! C'est sûr que je reviendrai, surtout lorsque Shaharah Sinclair sera de retour !

Belle ambiance, service impeccable, bonne nourriture, belle décoration, wifi disponible, nombreuses places de stationnement. A améliorer : je pense qu'il faut nettoyer vos luminaires, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées. Le Pina Colada est trop sucré.

Came here to celebrate a birthday with 30-40 other people in which we all had been seated on the second floor which makes sense due to the size of the group. The food was pretty good but not the best. It's unfortunate some of our food was served somewhat on the colder side which wasn't nice. The steak was cooked well as well as the fish. The calamari was nice & crispy. The prices seem decent although a drop on the higher side especially for the fish.... Where things go a little downhill is, if a restaurant wants to have live music, please don't reflect the cost on the customers through a cover charge. I was surprised that it wasn't just put into the prices of the menu. Don't get me wrong, the music was great but just really really loud... I was seated on the second floor & i had to raise my voice to talk to people at the table.

The salmon tartare & the filet mignon were good but the garlic snails were less than ordinary as they arrived rather lukewarm & tasteless without any garlic in the sauce. The ambiance is amazing.
