Welcome to The House of Jazz (Maison du Jazz) in Laval! Our Montreal location has been a landmark of entertainment, cuisine, and history. Built by French Montrealer Georges Durst, House of Jazz has been a home to Canada’s finest Jazz musicians since 1981. Nous (six) avons été reçus très cordialement. Le personnel est très serviable & sympathique. Ambiance très bien décorée & originale.
La présentation musicale était magnifique. La nourriture n'était pas totalement à notre goût. Par exemple, le burger était compact & pas juteux. Mais la viande, les salades & les frites étaient très bonnes. Service à table très sympathique. Nous reviendrons pour une autre soirée.

L'ambiance était incroyable avec le décor fantastique & avec le Bob Ricci Band performant juste devant notre table. Tous les employés & serveurs étaient incroyablement accueillant & chaleureux, ainsi que très attentifs à ce que notre soirée se déroule parfaitement. La musique était excellente, de même que la nourriture. Le tout donnant une expérience franchement impressionnante. Nous avons même pu discuter avec les musiciens après le show. Un endroit à recommander & à revisiter!

Bon repas, excellent spectacle. J'aime beaucoup le décor & j'apprécie particulièrement que la gérante/propriétaire est toujours sur le plancher pour s'assurer que tout le monde est satisfait.

In a eclectic jazz inspired decor we enjoyed a comfortably romantic evening while sipping on cocktails along with phenomenal jazz performers. Highly recommend the foie gras entrée, AAA filet mignon main course, & excellently prepared tuna steak. Happy to see that the House of Jazz Laval location has finally achieved the exact same standard of quality service & high end cuisine as that of House of Jazz Montreal.

The food was pretty good, not great but good I had the burger & fries. Loved the NOLA jazz club vibe of the decor. Glad l got there early to hear the pianist she was lovely & enjoyable with a good mix of songs. The band was excellent!!! ...but Michelle Sweeney was a train wreck... vocals were terrible, she does not have the talent to pull off the voice play she was attempting & appeared to be under the influence of something. She kept clapping her hands as if the band was off beat & they were not. As a woman of color I was embarrassed by that horrible natural wig she was wearing as if it were stored under the bed. Would have been better if her band just played & she took a seat in the audience.

service attentionné, ambiance superbe, musique excellente (pour ceux qui aime le jazz, blues, etc.)... souper très très bon, peut être un peu cher, mais ça vaut le détour... certain que je vais y retourner... réserver à l'avance, c'est préférable..
Bravo au propriétaire pour ce type de resto... Le décor est sublime, absolument 5 étoiles !!!

Souper-spectacle réussi . Ambiance très Jazz avec musiciens & décor à la hauteur de mes attentes. Les 5 étoiles sont surtout pour notre serveuse Isabelle qui à fait de notre soirée un succès. Bravo.
