Chicken roti has improved with new management. & is quite good. Oxtail is pretty tasty as well.

Excellents rotis & patties lors de notre visite. Par contre le service etait particulier. Le gars au comptoir ne semblait vraiment pas avoir le goût de servir quelqu'un.

I had so many memories from this restaurant since I was young. The patties & the roties…🤩🤩Even when they changed the owner few years ago, the flavor & quality were still there.
But now!? A huge disappointment since the rechanged the owner recently. No flavors at all. The roti is barely stuffed compared to before. & the patties? That smooth flaky crust & the kick of spice in the meat are not there anymore. Just look at the pictures yourself from years ago vs now.
Never going back sadly, I'd rather not ruin the good memories I have.

Edit: Got to change my review, before was a 5 stars now it's sadly a basic spot… They changed the patty now they are big not spicy with ugly crust… the rotie are without flavors & the custumer service can't be worse. Please come back the old ways!

Very unprofessional. The restaurant does not open when it states it should be. After waiting 15 mins past opening time in the cold, despite staff being in the restaurant, we left. I have tasted their goat roti in the past, & it was good, thus the 2 stars.

Unfortunately, the roti keeps getting worse. Whether I go to this location or the one on the West Island, it's a disappointment every time. I've reached the point of giving up on the hope that they will return to the days when the food was top-notch.

To preface this review, I was a customer since 2001 with the previous orginal owners & I am a rotis-fanatic. I frequent both this establishment & the one in the west island in DDO at least once every 3 months for the past 20 years. The new management has done an outstanding job of keeping the spirit & tradition alive. I will even go as far as saying that the new rotis are bigger, juicier, & have an equivalent seasoning as the original. The wrap (same cook) has a nice soft consistency, the curry is on point, & overall tastes the same for the past 20 years & is consistently good. Service is friendly & I cannot say I have ever been disappointed visiting here. Thanks, Rick.

Came in on a Sunday after work & the gym. Was told last time to call to check for the doubles. Orders patties, doubles & a roti. Great lunch spot in uptown for the weekend. Food was made fast & fresh

Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé, si le proprietaire est en vacances mais hier soir, j'ai commander un jerk ,un oxtail & un roti. Le Roti etait bon mais les 2 assietes, no so much. Le riz etait trop cuit & fait avec ce qui semblait etre des lentilles. Pas un Rice & Peas. Aucune bananes(sweet plantain) & la salade ressemblait à des pikliz.( salade de choux epicée) pas une salade verte à quoi je m'attendais. Ca fait au moins 15 ans que je vais à ce resto pour ces plats spécifiques & rien ne goutait comme d'habitude. This is an institution for Trini food. Very dissapointed. Not sure I'll be back after this experience. 👎

I ordered a goat roti, it was delicious but i don't like the potato stuffing along with the meat. The amazing thing being the server got me the package as soon as done with the order formalities 🤩. The place is cool with some nice portraits. Summary - my best caribbean restaurant in Montreal😎 until now.

Très bon, goûte vraiment comme dans le sud! Jai goûté au Jerk chicken & Roti de chèvre. Je recommande fortmement. Personnel très sympathique.
