Yum! This place is awesome! What a cute & friendly little restaurant. We shared the vegetarian spring rolls, I had the basil stir fry with tofu & my mom had the pad Thai. Everything was fantastic! The food was cooked almost right in front of us (sort of an open kitchen concept - sort of) & came out super hot & fresh. The wait was a normal amount of time. We got there right before a dinner rush on a Tuesday. Note - they do not serve alcohol but said we could bring in our own. I would absolutely recommend Mai Thai to anyone coming to Montreal. Thank you for an exceptional last dinner in your beautiful city.

My favorite thai restaurant in Mtl so far! The service was so fast regardless of them being busy. Only had to wait for five minutes to get my food & they make it on the spot so it's fresh! Highly recommend the Basil & Lemongrass Stir Fry with Thai Iced tea to drink. So yum! Loved it !!

Le temps d'attente pour les livraisons est inacceptable. Le restaurant ne prépare jamais les commandes à temps, ce qui bloque les livreurs & refroidit les plats. À éviter si vous avez faim.

It's recommended to have reservations because the place is quite popular. Service was efficient. However, the food was just ok. I had high expectations coming here because the reviews were very positive so I was a bit disappointed. The decor & atmosphere was great though.

As a tourist, I was thrilled to experience the warm hospitality of this restaurant. The servers & chefs wore bright smiles, making us feel right at home. We ordered the stir-fried vegetables & khao soi, & let me tell you, it was love at first bite! The flavors were incredible, & the portion sizes were generous.

Khao Soi noodles were great & somewhat spicy & sweet. Pad Thai was good as were the satay chicken skewers. Portions are massive. It was insanely hot in there though & much hotter than outside. Service took a bit long. Seemed really busy even during the early evening. The heat made it hard to dine there in the summer. That's the only reason I took a star off. Please invest in AC.
