Si vous cherchez un endroit pour savourer un poulet portugais authentique & délicieux, ce restaurant est une excellente adresse. La nourriture est excellente, & même s'il y avait une longue file d'attente lors de ma visite, l'organisation a permis de réduire le temps d'attente. Vous avez aussi la possibilité de commander par téléphone, ce que je recommande vivement pour gagner du temps.
J'ai choisi le Combo Véronique, & c'était un vrai régal : un mélange varié comprenant de la saucisse (spectaculaire !), une salade fraîche & des pommes de terre savoureuses. J'apprécie aussi que les prix soient affichés taxes incluses, ce qui rend l'expérience plus simple & transparente.
En revanche, un petit point négatif a marqué mon expérience. J'étais avec un grand groupe & j'avais demandé à ce que le poulet, la salade & les pommes de terre soient servis séparément dans des plats distincts. On m'avait répondu que c'était possible, mais au moment de payer, tout avait finalement été mélangé. Au lieu d'expliquer clairement dès le départ que servir séparément entraînait un coût différent, on m'a simplement dit que'ce n'est pas comme ça que ça se fait'. Ce manque de communication m'a un peu déçue, car j'aurais volontiers payé le supplément si cela avait été précisé dès le départ. C'est la seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas cinq étoiles.
Côté recommandations : ne manquez pas les natas (délicieuses !)

Ordered their chicken with fries & salad... Chicken was amazing...crispy skin & juicy inside with so much flavor...well seasoned & crispy fries...will definitely come back again....
Price wise, it's insanely great! We had a large poutine shared me & my boyfriend & the portion is huge enough to have us completely in food coma.
The poutine overall was very good, the Portuguese sausages in it slapped! & the meat was generous. Only thing to take note, is that since they undo the chicken right before building tue poutine, there will be bits of cartilage. It got me by surprised, some of my friends weren't fan of it.
Alors m'à t'on dit si tu veux manger une vraie poutine vas y pas déçu du tout leur assiette c'est un plat pour deux avec du poulet des chorizos des bouts de jambon nous avons du repartir avec tant il y e? avait trop.Ça vaut le détour vraiment à 17h30 il y a une queue monstre plus le temps passe plus elle s'allonge vraiment allez y.Seul bémol pas de place proche pour se garer. Nous étions 7.

Best poutine i've ever had, & i've had quite a lot!!!
Opted for the one with the Portuguese-style chicken & chorizo sausage as well. Soooo good. Very good priced for what you get.
We tried the Portuguese chicken & poutine here. The chicken itself was juicy & cooked well, but it was missing that bold peri peri flavor I was hoping for - it felt a little underwhelming. The poutine was generous, but honestly had way too many cheese curds, which threw off the balance with the gravy & fries. On top of that, the ladies working at the counter were pretty rude, which made the experience less enjoyable. The tables were dirty & not cleaned after previous customers. Overall the food was okay, but the service, cleanliness & details need improvement.
My friend & I sat with some lovely people who shared their table. There is a line up but it is worth the wait. I love their fries & will try their poutine next time. I got a half chicken meal.

Bon poulet, excellente frite & salade fraîche en accompagnement. Service rapide malgré le grand achalandage. Très chaud pour manger à l'intérieur, si vous trouvez une place, car petit & moins de 30 places assises.
La nourriture est bonne & les portions généreuses. Ma note est surtout pour le manque de respect face au service. J'étais là le 10 août vers 12h30. Il fait très chaud & je suis en file environ 20 minutes avant d'être servi. Jusqu'à là pas de problème, mais là un client arrive & ne fait pas la file comme tout le monde… il arrive direct en face de moi au comptoir dit bonjour à une fille qui cuisine & lui donne du tips. La fille lui dit « même chose que d'habitude? » & il répond oui merci. Il va se placer proche de la caisse & attend. Même si j'ai commandé avant le monsieur, que j'ai fait 20 minutes de file & que j'ai commandé exactement là même chose que lui (la caissière a dit sa commande)devinez quoi, il a été servi avant moi. Je sais qu'il a dépassé tout le monde car il l'échange & le fait qu'il n'avait pas de numéro montrait qu'il était un client régulier & connu de la place. Ce n'est pas correct & c'est injuste quand même pour les autres.
Overeated! On a demandé extra piquant, donc beaucoup de sauce & il n'y en avait pas du tout. Assiette donc très sec & sans saveur piquante. Je préfère chez Romados!
