Absolutely amazing! As a Portuguese person I can tell you this place knows what they're doing. The line moves quick & ordering is easy as the menu is numbered. The food is fantastic & the portion sizes are unbelievable! 10/10 would come here every week if it wasn't so far away!

Le poulet est excellent : très juteux, parfaitement assaisonné & cuit à point. La sauce qui l'accompagne est également délicieuse. Les frites sont excellentes, croustillantes à l'extérieur & fondantes à l'intérieur.
Malgré les augmentations du coût de la vie, le prix reste très concurrentiel. Au final, c'est un repas très rassasiant & d'une grande qualité, qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix
LOVE IT! Best chicken in the city - the difference that charcoal makes is insane, the bifana is also so far the tastiest within Montreal. I just wish you would make 1/2 portion of small poutine, for one person the small portion is still very large & it is not reheatable.

Never been much of a great poutine fan but I'd have to say the one I've had here left quite an impression & made me think otherwise.
Most poutine sold are simple & plain with just the gravy & the cheese curds, but Ma Poule Mouillée manages to change that by putting a creative spin on their dishes by offering a wide selection of different toppings & combinations, of which have been interesting to see, & hard to choose.
For myself, I had a La Scooby, which consisted of the regular poutine, with beef, deep fried pickles, bacon & cheese. It's really good, & the staff here are also friendly & food comes out relatively quick!
We did not have to wait for a table for 2, & thought we were lucky because the place was absolutely packed when we were seated. This also might be due to the bad weather at the time, but we were there around 1:30pm, on a weekend too.
The seating area however can be a bit cramped, so I find myself having to shift my chair in & out constantly to let people pass through.
Otherwise, I think it's a great stop for poutine if you're visiting Montreal! Worth every penny.
Amazing poutine & chicken! We came right at the start of fall & the place was packed with people. Always a good sign & the food definitely lived up to it.
Quantité astronomique pour le prix! Vous en avez pour votre argent! Allez y les yeux fermées! C'est pas de la cuisine raffinée, mais ça répond à ce qu'on recherche en venant ici! Un peu difficile de trouver de la place pour manger!
