Upon entering L'Usine, you will first be fascinated by its stunning industrial decor created entirely by its owners. The menu will certainly please bistro food lovers with its burgers, fish'nchips, tartars, mac'n'cheeses, salads and poutines. In addition to the permanent menu, a transient menu is created by the chef each season. You can accompany your dish with an excellent glass of wine, a refreshing beer or a delicious L’Usine cocktail from among its wide selection. Ma blonde & moi même sont aller pour écouter la game du CH. Nous avons été ravis de voir plusieurs télévisions pour écouter le match. Le système de son était bon & on entendait bien les commentaires du match.
Nous avons été servis par le propriétaire qui était fort sympathique. Il nous a expliqué les spéciaux pour les matchs du Canadien. Les prix ont vraiment du sens. Pendant les match, les pichets de la bière maison sont 15$ & les ailes à 1$ ce qui est très raisonnable.
Ce qui est de la nourriture cependant, nous avons commandé le nachos deluxe au porc effiloché & 12 ailes. Les nachos était quand même bon mais j'ai l'impression que nous avons hérité du fond du sac de chip au maïs. Les ailes étaient vraiment ordinaire & la sauce Buffalo goûtait presque rien. Le pichet de bière maison était bon mais les cocktail (Cosmopolitain & Bloody Cesar) n'était pas excellent & semblait presque Virgin.
En résumé, nous avons relativement aimé notre expérience à L'Usine mais nous n'allons pas y retourner.

Les jeudis soir chaise musicale au bar. Ailes à 1$, une expérience incroyable. IYKYK 😂
