Being on the water was nice, there was one nice security guard - that is the end of nice things I have to say

VIP is not with it. Their'shuttle' was a gross old school bus (took exo back to Deux montagne - sooooo much better)

I won't be back, not even if it's free

J'attends mon remboursement pour un artiste qu'ils ont changé 2 jours avant l'événement. La communication est vraiment mauvaise, aucun numéro de téléphone que je peux appeler.

My experience has to come with an (*). All in all it was hands down a GREAT experience - though it's important to note that we opted to reserve a cabana which 100% enhanced our experience. I cannot recommend reserving VIP enough! Its the only way I'd ever do it again. Skip the entrance lineup, there is a special entrance at the front for Cabanas (they need better signage for that but otherwise a very happy discovery). Cabana's come with a private section with seating & table service. The table service was ON IT. Attentiv & super fast. We were never left wondering where our orders were & the place was PACKED. It was a hot, but grey day so we were super comfortable. Could have gotten in the pool if we wanted to (VIP perk I beleive). You are not close to the stage but we could still see the performer & to be honest we didnt care to be front & center. It was an experience that if the right performer comes along I WILL be booking again!

Vip très décevant personne nous a dit qu'il fallait payer une bouteille pour avoir une table sinon je l'aurais payer. Sa fini quon voyait rien & quon a fini dans le GA. Cest vraiment le fun payer 2x plus cher pour rien. Aussi il avait vraiment pas beaucoup de toilette pour tout le monde. Bref un gros 0 le beachclu

Ils changent l'artiste 3 jours avant & on est 4 personnes a envoyer un courriel, seulement 1 de mes amies à eu une réponse comme quoi elle aurait un remboursement, mais silence radio par après. Ça fait aujourd'hui 5 jours que les courriels sont envoyés & personnes n'a reçu de réponse ou de remboursement. Bien content de ne pas y être allé sachant que l'artiste est resté 20 minutes.

Je veux me faire rembourser mes billets de Gims. Je n'ai pas payé pour 50 cents. Olivier Primeau a fait double argent en pendant Gims & ensuite 50 cents. Il doit rembourser les billets. Faite comme moi un recours collectifs. Appeller la PROTECTION DES CONSOMMATEURS.
