Great food, great service, wonderful location. What more could you ask for!? Bonus, they make their own hot sauce you can also buy to bring home! Bigger bonus, make sure to check their Instagram as they can have sneaky delicious meals not on the regular menu up for order. Got the steak dish which was perfectly cooked with this wonderful freshly made chimichurri type salsa 🤤 loved the home made potatoes so much had to bring an order home! Sat right up at the counter & could watch them cook, super friendly & suggestive staff
I've come here 3 times so far, & over those 3 times, I have tried 6 to 7 items on the menu. I have not disliked a single one of them. Obviously I like some more than others, but the fact I haven't disliked anything says a lot.
The servers are have always been nice & give me the impression that they actually like working there, which tells me a lot about the place.
Now, the atmosphere. It's got an old school jukebox kind of vibe, & music to couple with it. Think Neil Young - Heart of Gold. If you sit on the bar stools, you get to see the chefs making the food, & as mentioned earlier, they make some darn good food. It's calm, & relaxing, & perfect for the kind of food they serve.
& finally, the price. First of all, it's cash only. So, today we had an NDG burger & two JJ's Breakfast. Total cost $56. Now, I know what you're thinking, that's a little pricey. & you know what you're right, but the food is nice & fresh, the atmosphere & people are great, & I still tipped 20% because I felt as though it was all worth it. The price is worth it in my opinion, & cash only is a small price to pay for some fantastic food.

Gréât little old school breakfast/brunch spot. Many breakfast type items & many lunch type items. I had the breakfast sandwich & my friend had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious & fresh!! Would recommend for a nice little casual brunch if you are in the area.
While the restaurant wasn’t much to look at from the outside the food & service was amazing. I got the pancakes with blueberries & ricotta. My friends got the breakfast sandwich & friend chicken sandwich. Everyone loved their meals.
It’s cash only but they do have an ATM machine inside. Lots of street parking was available. There was zero wait time on a Saturday at 10:30 am.
