Great fresh pasta!!! Love this place so much, food is soo good, so many different types & we can even create our own!! There are nice tables but not too many (small place). Prices are reasonable. There's a student discount, & a punch card, but you can't use both. It's one or the other.

First time that I am trying Lulu pasta bar & I'm not disappointed. It's so good.
The staff in this location are super friendly & helpful. I love their recommandation. The waitress came for refill of permasan topping which was nice.
I had the Tuscan Chicken with rigatoni pasta (I like my pasta on the firm side). It was super flavorful & creamy. The cherry tomatoes enhance the flavor with hint of sweet acidy taste when you chew on them. They do not skim out the portion. A big bol, lot of sauces & surprisingly, a lot of of chicken. I had some leftovers for the next day.
While the price can be a little high for pasta, it's pretty much worth it & honestly of all the place I tried pasta you do get the best for your buck in terms of quality & quantity.
I can't wait to come again & try other combinations.

Very good pasta & even better staff. However, the price of for a pasta & a juice being almost 24 dollars plus tip makes me want to go to a sit down restaurant instead. I wish the price would be just a tad lower. Otherwise, Lulu's Pasta Bar has great food.
- It's 20$ per pot. Expensive as heck.
- it's a lil dry, you can pay xtra 2$ for more sauce but for a 20$ pasta, it should come with enough sauce on its own.
- they're never filled to the brim for some reason, there's always a one inch space on the top idk why
- the tiramisu is so not worth it, it's dry. I can't even taste the mascarpone, feels like it's just whipped cream & ladyfingers.
The customer service here absolutely phenomenal, & the fresh pasta is delicious. I normally wouldn't pay 15-20$ for food I can easily make at home but the quality of service & portion size makes it worth it !

Tried the aglio & toscana pastas & wow! The pastas are super fresh & tasty, with great in person service. The staff is very friendly n helpful.
Only felt that the aglio could have had more chopped garlic since I felt it was less per Aglio recipe.
But overall, a highly recommended place for fresh pastas & desserts.
The place is completely full, which already says a lot. Nice atmosphere, lovely interior, very clean place. Pasta is DELICIOUS!
The staff & service are excellent, the workers are very polite, attentive, & courteous. I received my order in a couple of minutes even though restaurant was overloaded. I will invite my friends next time, just make sure that we will find a free spot.
The only suggestion I could make is for customers who eating in to use reusable tableware (for eco-conscious reasons), but for me personally the portion was so big that I took it home with me. Thank you!
Had the opportunity to try out Lulu's pasta for the first time on Saturday at the JMAS CPA For a Day Case Competition! The food was fresh & kept me focused throughout the day. Thank you LULU!
The best pasta bar in Montreal. Great service, exquisite food, & more than affordable prices. The customer service is also beyond amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, & smiling. Overall a great experience. Must try!

If you are looking for incredible pasta , Lulu's Pasta Bar is a gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, & hits the spot every single time. The staff in-store are welcoming & attentive, making the physical dining experience everything you'd want it to be. However , The Digital Experience is 1/5 .
The online ordering system through their website is a complete nightmare & needs a serious overhaul. It is easily the worst part of the business.
• Account Verification: The process involves far too many steps just to verify an account, making it feel like you're applying for a loan rather than ordering dinner.
• System Errors: The platform is plagued with constant errors that interrupt the flow.
• Payment Processing: Expect to wait an eternity for payments to process. It is sluggish & unreliable.
Final Verdict & Recommendation
I love the food, but the digital friction makes it hard to order. I strongly recommend that management invests in a better, more modern online ordering platform. Until then, I'd suggest calling in your order or dining in to avoid the headache.
Both the pistachio campanelle & in-person service are amazing. Generous portion for one person & could be shared as a light meal for 2 people.
However, when placing online orders for the exact same pasta, there seems to be a lot less sauce & seasoning.
12/10 service. So friendly, thoughtful, & when they weren't attending to clients, workers were meticulously cleaning the space. I get the love for Lulu's now, it's a really nice experience-it felt like they were trained for the Ritz Carlton.
Food is tasty if you love pasta!
It was a chilly day & there is no vestibule, so the dining space was a little cold when the door opened. & I personally found the music a little too loud & I don't love TVs in the dining room.
Going back to the service, I hope the manager knows the two nice black women (just to help identify them) at the front are top-notch employees, the kind that are very hard to find, & are being rewarded accordingly haha.
