First time that I am trying Lulu pasta bar & I'm not disappointed. It's so good.
The staff in this location are super friendly & helpful. I love their recommandation. The waitress came for refill of permasan topping which was nice.
I had the Tuscan Chicken with rigatoni pasta (I like my pasta on the firm side). It was super flavorful & creamy. The cherry tomatoes enhance the flavor with hint of sweet acidy taste when you chew on them. They do not skim out the portion. A big bol, lot of sauces & surprisingly, a lot of of chicken. I had some leftovers for the next day.
While the price can be a little high for pasta, it's pretty much worth it & honestly of all the place I tried pasta you do get the best for your buck in terms of quality & quantity.
I can't wait to come again & try other combinations.
Tried the aglio & toscana pastas & wow! The pastas are super fresh & tasty, with great in person service. The staff is very friendly n helpful.
Only felt that the aglio could have had more chopped garlic since I felt it was less per Aglio recipe.
But overall, a highly recommended place for fresh pastas & desserts.
Je recommande énormément. Le prix est très abordable, les pâtes sont vraiment top, faites d'excellents ingrédients & d'incroyable qualité. Le service client je n'en parle même pas. Sans exagérer, la meilleure expérience de service à table que j'ai vécu à Montréal.

If you are looking for incredible pasta , Lulu's Pasta Bar is a gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, & hits the spot every single time. The staff in-store are welcoming & attentive, making the physical dining experience everything you'd want it to be. However , The Digital Experience is 1/5 .
The online ordering system through their website is a complete nightmare & needs a serious overhaul. It is easily the worst part of the business.
• Account Verification: The process involves far too many steps just to verify an account, making it feel like you're applying for a loan rather than ordering dinner.
• System Errors: The platform is plagued with constant errors that interrupt the flow.
• Payment Processing: Expect to wait an eternity for payments to process. It is sluggish & unreliable.
Final Verdict & Recommendation
I love the food, but the digital friction makes it hard to order. I strongly recommend that management invests in a better, more modern online ordering platform. Until then, I'd suggest calling in your order or dining in to avoid the headache.
Super expérience avec ma fille de 2 ans. L'accueil est chaleureux ! L'endroit est un peu petit, alors l'hôtesse ma proposé de mettre la poussette derrière le comptoir. Les portions sont très généreuse, la prochaine je ne prendrai d'une portion pour ma fille & moi. Je recommande!

I have had several good experiences at Lulu's. The food is always great & affordable, & service is amazing. Last time I went as a group of 3 & we received the best service from Mae, an employee at the de Maisonneuve location. She was very friendly, kind, & welcoming, & really went above & beyond, which really enhanced our overall experience. Would definitely recommend.
Le personnel du samedi 27 décembre etait super serviable & très efficace. La caissière(18h20) etait tres agréable & a bien expliqué le concept du restaurant. Je recommande
I should have never gone to try Lulu's Pasta Bar because now I officially have no excuse to go to the gym!! I'm not even a pasta person but wow the concept is amazing. The pasta is cooked perfectly & absolutely delicious. I was honestly surprised as someone who stays away from carbs. The service is super quick 10/10. It's the perfect spot to grab a satisfying meal between classes. Highly recommend.

Une expérience au delà de mes espérances
Nous avons eu un excellent service avec un femme au comptoir qui a eu la gentillesse de bien nous expliquer le menu
La nourriture était savoureuse , un jeune homme est même venue à notre table pour nous servir du parmesan c'était vraiment extraordinaire
Je recommande ! Les portions sont vraiment énorme
