So this was probably one of the best Lebanese places I visited in Montreal in a long time definitely the best in 2026 so far! Here at @luluepicerie they seem to do something a little bit different.
I can't necessarily put my finger on it but honestly it's some of the best Lebanese food I think I've ever had. I got a couple dishes from the Shawarma Mixed Plate that has both beef & chicken, a mountain of fries, fresh & homemade hummus & garlic sauce & a fattoush salad.
I wish they had some actual plates to eat out of tho🤣 especially for pics it would have looked nicer & just a better presentation especially to eat out of but they are new to the block so I'm sure that's on the way soon! But the food was honestly 10/10 foodgasmic 💦!
The Manakeesh is for real for real! We got the cheese & Zaatar combo, straight fire! & my wife got a shawarma beef wrap & it was the best I've ever had!
I tried manakeech perfectttt!!!
The seller some Rym suggest it for me thank uuu Lulu
The shawarma was crazy too soft just perfect
Very nice staff. Quality ingredients. Had the Shwarma & the manakeesh. Both very tasty but loved the flavor combination of the manakeesh a lot. We were told to order it'fully dressed' with the veggies & mint; it was delicious!
We had the chicken shawarma & the cheese & za'atar (moitíe-moitíe) manakeesh. It was all delicious & flavorful & made fresh. They were also super nice.
The Manakeesh were very tasty.
But at around $10 each it was very pricy
The people working are very friendly.
All the manakeesh & the beef shawarma & the charcoal grilled meats are all really great, & the service & atmosphere is top notch
Youssef & Michael especially really are the best out there ! Warm welcome & great food ! Starting 2025 with a manakeesh was the best call !! Food is extremely good, we feel like home with the service, the flavours, the whole vibe !
Does NOT serve TEA with Manakeesh. Limited places to sit. Seats could be cleaner. Very loud music, at least when we were there.
The cocktail manakeesh was very good! Homemade bread & perfect ratio of toppings. It's half cheese & half zaatar with all the toppings. Great for a quick bite!
Amazing food, best shawarma I had in QC. The manakeesh, shawarma, & grilled plate are all good. Filet mignon was done perfectly. You can't go wrong with anything here. There are only a couple of small tables in the back to use, so take your food to go if it's busy.
My recent dining experience at this Lebanese gem left me utterly impressed & thoroughly satisfied! From the moment I stepped into the bustling restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The initial wait to place my order was pleasantly managed by the cashier, who, despite the busy atmosphere, extended a sincere apology & even offered me a complimentary drink. When I declined, the generosity didn't stop there - I was presented with a special Lebanese chocolate, which I had as a dessert later on. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. I indulged in the Shawarma wrap, Manakeesh with zaatar, cheese, & lahem ba ajin. Every dish was a symphony of flavors, but the Shawarma wrap & the lahem ba ajin stole the spotlight. The Shawarma was a perfect blend of succulent chicken & savory goodness, while the lahem ba ajin was exceptionally tasty & loaded with flavor. The staff's friendliness & genuine hospitality were evident throughout my visit, making me feel not just like a customer, but a welcomed guest. The extra mile they went with the complimentary treat showcased their commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for every diner. Overall, this Lebanese restaurant exceeded my expectations in terms of both service & cuisine. The flavors were authentic, the atmosphere was lively, & the staff went above & beyond to make my visit special. Without a doubt, I will be returning to savor more of their delectable offerings. Five stars - this place is a true culinary delight!
This place is a hidden gem. Selma works the pita (manakeesh) & I feel she's the best in the city. You're always greeted with smiles & a warm hello. If you don't know about this place you should definitely give it a try.
Amazing place for a quick Lebanese sandwich! Their manakeesh is amazing when it comes out of the oven
One word: FRESH. Honestly, the best Lebanese takeaway in Montreal. We had a batata sandwich & chicken shawarma sandwich both in the original bread which was served hot n' crispy. We also shared a "cocktail" manakeesh which is half zataar & cheese. It was freshly made in front of us which meant the service was a little slow but worth the wait. It was a rainy early afternoon so the vibe was a little sleepy, but didn't bother me because i came for the food. Can't wait to try more from the menu!!!
First time here & will definitively be coming back! I had their manakeesh & shawarmas & they felt very authentic, just like in Lebanon! The cheese manakeesh has my heart
Middling between a bakery, grill & bodega – this Lebanese establishment has it’s focus on sandwiches & manakeesh flatbreads. This isn’t your normal shwarma experience with the topping laid out for you to pick. The sandwich toppings are preset & non-typical. It is quite light on the the toppings however, resulting in a smaller sandwich. The house-baked bread they used for the sandwich really made a difference, so much better than the bought-&-sold pitas most places use. Seating is limited but available. The service was pretty good as well.
