We had an awesome evening dinner on January 15th at Tremblant Village including conversation with the manager & the cook staff. The quality of the food & the service staff were outstanding. We will definitely return &/or visit another Lucille's!
The waiter was fantastic. I don't know his name but he was young & enthusiastic. The food & ambiance was great but the portion was so so. We loved eating there but we can't deny that the prices are very expensive. 306$ bill + 18 % tip to the waiter.
Le service a bien démarré, mais pour le repas principal nous n'avons pas eu nos assiettes en même temps environ 10 minutes d'écart en les deux services.

We had a great experience. Was easy to book a same day reservation on line. Hostess was quick to seat us & our server was wonderful, filled water frequently & checked in often. Food was really delicious!! Thanks for a great final meal to wrap up our stay :)
people working there are nice but they lack experience although the restaurant was not that busy, 3 of us got their food while the last one waited for 15 min, we were all done eating by then. & good luck getting an extra item. there was not one single item in our section that was not mistakenly brought to the wrong table. it also took us 20 min between the time we asked for our bill & the time we were at the door food wise, there was nothing special about the menu options & how they tasted.
Our waitress tried very hard to win a losing battle! The place was clearly under staffed in both the kitchen & in the dining room. 20 minutes wait before we were even asked to place an order. Drinks arrived after the main course was eaten. One person's food was delivered ten minutes after everybody else. The general atmosphere was impacted by the overall stress levels of the staff. Shame. I've had a really good experience in the past, but this has really put me off.
Spent 3 days skiing at Mont Tremblant, & tried all kinds of restaurants. This one was the best. Steak tartare was good. Also, the octopus was really good. Steak is also a very good safe choice.
MaryLou was an amazing waitress! Our only complaint was that they ran out of steaks & desserts, but we still had an incredibly delicious meal. The Octopus Greek Salad was insanely good.
We celebrated Christmas dinner at Lucille's while on our family's ski vacation. We made reservations & were seated on time. Our server, Kaitlin, was extremely helpful with recommendations She communicated very professionally with our orders & prompt with serving. The restaurant was extremely busy on the holiday & her attentiveness to our table & other guests was excellent. Really, the whole restaurant team worked amazing together.
The food is delicious as well as the cocktails & wine. Well done!!
