We celebrated Christmas dinner at Lucille's while on our family's ski vacation. We made reservations & were seated on time. Our server, Kaitlin, was extremely helpful with recommendations She communicated very professionally with our orders & prompt with serving. The restaurant was extremely busy on the holiday & her attentiveness to our table & other guests was excellent. Really, the whole restaurant team worked amazing together.
The food is delicious as well as the cocktails & wine. Well done!!

Horrible experience! We made reservations 6 weeks ago in anticipation of our family Christmas dinner. This was going to be a special occasion.
After being seated we ordered several drinks as well as a bottle of red wine that we were planning on matching with our meal. After opening the wine & consuming a few glasses, our waitress came to take our order. It is only at this moment that we were told that the restaurant was out of steak! Not just a particular cut, but every cut. The 4 of us intended on ordering steak & needless to say, we were stunned. We decided on the tuna &, again, none was available. We ended up getting meals we really didn't want & were offered absolutely no compensation whatsoever.

Me family & I dined on Christmas Day & even with reservations, we had to wait about 15 mins to be seated. The hostess was trying to make us sit outside. The restaurant was very crowded & loud. Tables were too close to each other & it was hard to pass through without disturbing other diners. Our server did his best & was overwhelmed with all the tables he was taking care of. Steak items were all sold out & other items were not available as well at 6:30 pm. We found it odd that so many items were sold out by the beginning of the night. The food took a long time to come out but the quality was good. You could tell that there were issues with the kitchen & that they were backed up.

After taking the time to make reservations for a special family dinner, in celebration of our two sons finishing their university exams, we were seated at the restaurant & ordered a lovely bottle of Barolo for $110. While being poured, we were told by our waitress that the table had another reservation after us & that the kitchen would be sure to serve our food in a timely fashion. In essence, we were being asked to be mindful of the amount of time we were there. My goodness, what lack of manners & gratitude. Simple greed. How many people can we get through here tonight; instead of how can we best present the quality we have to offer.
After spending just shy of $500 & substituting filets with steak frites, because an order was not received by the restaurant, we left disappointed & dissatisfied.
Not sure we will ever return.

Les serveurs/ veuses etait sur la 5ieme vitesse & nous mettaient la pression même si le restaurant était à moitié de sa capacité. Les fruits de mers etait parfait & très belle présentation mais la viande rouge était servie sur des surfaces froide. Des petites planche de bois & on a à peine le temp de le manger avant qu'il soit froid. J'ai mangé dans des restaurants moin chère qui servait la viande sur des plats chaud pour que le steak ne refroidisse pas trop vite.

This is my third time going. I am very disappointed with the cocktails. Second time I ordered a double vodka on the rocks & got barely anything & was charged 28$. I don't mind paying but I believe when you ask for a double you are entitled to a proper drink!

Sat at the bar for dinner. Took many minutes to be acknowlesged. No one seemed to care & it wasn't even busy. It was kind of chaotic. At one point there were eight people behind the bar & only six people seated at the bar that has about 12 seats. The guy busing the tables seemed to be the only one working & knowing what was going on.

Nous étions 8 adultes dont 6 ont pris l'assiette des huitres qui étaient très bonnes mais un peu petites. La pieuvre bien présentée dans l'assiette. C'était une belle ambiance du vendredi soir. Nous y retournerons, aussi je vais à celui du West Island avec des amis. Marcel

We're owners at the Marriott for over 20 years so we've seen a lot of change. Wife liked her KC steak, my rib steak was a bit tough & I didn't care for the sweetness in my steak. Hot crab dip had only 6 chips for the entire bowl of dip, waitress was nice enough to notice & got us more but it did take time & the dip cooled off. Washroom could be cleaner.

Nothing was impressive. Went on a weekday late afternoon. Not busy at all, two tables including us. We ordered calamari & beef tartare to share, the waiter didn't even gave us plates to use. We ordered ribs,salmon, lobster poutine. Everything was ok nothing stood out. No ketchup for the fries with ribs though. The waiter was about 4 ft from us for the entire time & didn't even bother to check on us like he was super busy with an empty space. & he was expecting a huge tip after all these. We gave 13% for a reason. he didn't say a word after. No thank you. No bye.

Food & service were really great! But you're almost shoulder to shoulder to the next table & people rub against you when moving around. Way too tight & crowded.

Tres bonne bouffe , la serveuse tres gentille , ...le probleme est quand jai demandé oû etait les toilettes .. je rentre au salle de bain ; ya un gros barbu entrain de se rezipper les culottes & 2 grands & costaud hommes pres du lavabo ..je m excuse en croyant avoir entrée dans la toilettes des Hommes , un des messieurs me dit ,"tu es a la bonne place ,cest mixte les toilettes " euhhhh what the fuckkkk !!! Aucune espace en dessous de la porte pour voir si quelqu'un s'y cache ,& ca au 5-6 cabines qu il y a ... En sortant des toilettes , jai fait le tour des tables où il y avait des enfants pour aviser les parents de juger si ils veulent laisser leur enfants aller seul dans cette salle de bain non-securitaire & non- respectueuse ..
