Avis pour Lucille's Mont-Tremblant

steak(84) oyster(64) lucille's(42) drink(42) recommend(35) salad(34) seafood(29) lobster(27) attentive(26)Food is good & decent. Had the $1 oysters as well as $3 premium oysters, & crab dip. Service is awful however. Waitress does not greet you with a smile, talks to you like she's miserable in her job. But if you subsequently add $50 worth of food to your order, the waitress changes into a whole different person & smiles from ear to ear because she thinks her tip will go up.Voir plus
Crammed us into a table where my son & husband got elbowed in the back throughout dinner. Baby strollers didn't help. They should hv a separate section for families with small children & babies. Very loud!Voir plus
Yes. Definitely eat one meal at Lucille's for excellent seafood. The atmosphere for dinner on the weekend is lively, fun & very busy. Like most Tremblant village restaurants, they do not take reservations so our group of 10 had 2 people waiting inside & the rest went "shopping". As another reviewer mentioned, I think they should allow people waiting to order drinks at the bar if there are stools open. Outdoor seating with overhead red warmers were available but that particular night was really chilly & windy. Service was friendly, prompt & attentive & food was served quickly. I loved the dozen of little oysters on a half shell. All seafood dishes were great, my grilled octopus was tasty & fresh. Kids mini Angus burgers were also a hit. Tip: for a large group, send 2 ppl inside to wait ahead of time.Voir plus
We had the misfortune of eating at Lucille's in Mont Tremblant Village last night. The food was fine minus a rushed & watery seafood linguine. However the service was simply terrible. We waited 10 minutes to give our order, another 30 minutes to receive one round of drinks & another 30 minutes to receive the mains. In the end they merely comped us the clam chowder. I'm not sure what was going on but we're not going back.Voir plus
It's a very cool spot, with lots of action, which makes it fun when you're on vacation at a place like this, but value for money is tough to get your head around. I totally get its a resort village & I'm not one to usually complain about restaurant costs provided it meets the experience. This is high-end big city pricing for suburban chain food. $320 for an average dinner for two.Voir plus
We were a group of 7. They asked that at least one of us wait for our table otherwise we can not be wait listed (which is fine) but I am still confused that they made two of us wait in the doorway for 30 min & not allow to have a glass of wine at the bar while waiting. The bar stools staid empty the entire time including while we had dinner. But they said if we go to the bar we are giving up the table because they will not move us. We even said that we will move if someone needs to sit to eat at the bar but still not accommodating.Voir plus
1$ Oysters are small, but delicious. We even ordered the second dozen. Tomahawk steak was beyond the best. & everything came very fast.Voir plus
A relatively new addition to the pedestrian village at the Mont Tremblant resort. Based on the menu we thought to give it a try. When you walk in it looks impressive with a Ferris wheel of dry aged Beef Striploin & Whole Beef Ribs. Looked very promising so I decided to try their 16oz Ribsteak that was apparently dry aged for 28 days(was expecting 40+). I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. When it arrived it was a thin cut, perhaps 1-1.5cm, major disappointment. The spice that they use was sweet, then the steak was over cooked. I didn't want to complain as we were celebrating a birthday but when the waiter asked after everyone finished their meals I mentioned what I didn't like only because he insisted. He quickly assured me that he would speak to the manager & credit the bill. The bill came without any credits so I paid without saying a word. It got even weirder when the waiter returned 15minutes later telling us that the table was reserved for a party of 8 in another 15minutes. The funny part about that was that I called the restaurant before we decided to go & inquired if they took or required reservations & was told that it was first come, first serve. A friend in our party also called & was told the same. My wife was very pleased with her plank salmon so at least that was a win. However, I would neither go nor recommend this place to anyone else as most of the food was disappointing, the steak knives struggled to cut through a steak(did they buy used), it was pricey & the wait staff were blatantly dishonest. Save you money & try one of the restaurants outside of the resort, you will likely be very satisfied.Voir plus
Tout était bon, belle découverte 18 huîtres en entrée & j'aurais dû en prendre plus... -Surf & Turf Lucile's -Huîtres -Bavette -Tacos de poissonVoir plus
Oysters were delicious, Tomahawk steak was even better. A little bit noisy in the restaurant, but brilliant service & food.
Great food ! Fresh & tasty ! Service is on par even when very busy , best winter patio I've been too ! Will be back again soonVoir plus
The crab dip was amazing & the seared tuna was incredible. We'll definitely be back!
We were sitting there for 45 mins after water came initially . Then someone took our order which came an hour later . Service was not great .
