Our dinner at Lucille's Mont Tremblant was unfortunately filled with issues. Due to a kitchen mix-up, our service lasted 3 hours & 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, one NY strip had a hair in it, the burger was soggy, the poke bowl far too salty, & the lobster roll didn't taste fresh. The oysters were good, but the ribs were underwhelming. Drinks were enjoyable, but when dessert came, two spoons were dirty, & the pie arrived with part of the crust missing. The crème brûlée was, thankfully, very good.
Despite all this, the service from our server - who was on her first shift - was kind & attentive, & the manager was very nice, doing his best to make things right. I sincerely hope the kitchen can get better organized, as the overall experience was far below expectations.

Notre souper chez Lucille's Mont Tremblant a malheureusement été marqué par de nombreux problèmes. À cause d'une erreur en cuisine, le service a duré 3h30. Lorsqu'on a enfin été servis, un NY strip contenait un cheveu, le burger était détrempé, le poke bowl beaucoup trop salé & le lobster roll manquait de fraîcheur. Les huîtres étaient bonnes, mais les côtes levées décevantes. Les cocktails étaient agréables, mais au moment du dessert, deux cuillères étaient sales & une partie de la croûte de la tarte manquait. La crème brûlée, heureusement, était excellente.
Malgré tout, notre serveuse - à son premier quart de travail - a été attentionnée & aimable, & le gérant a été très courtois & a tenté de corriger la situation. J'espère sincèrement que la cuisine réussira à mieux s'organiser, car l'expérience générale n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes.Voir plus

We went yesterday for the first time to Lucille's in Tremblant & we were not disappointed! Our waitress, Pascale was wonderful. Gave great beer & wine suggestions to go with our meal & the food was delicious! Atmosphere was great as well even though it was supposed to rain we were able to sit on the terrace & enjoy to weather!Voir plus

We also tried the Calamaris, cheeseburger & Surf & Turf dish. As an entree, my friend got the clam chowder, she was disappointed.
I'm an Espresso Martini lover & unfortunately, I had to send it back. It was missing one of the alcohol. Which they gladly re-did it. The bloody Cesar is also tasty.
As per parking: no parking near the restaurant. It's a 7-15mins walk depending where you parked.

Oh my gosh what a delightful surprise visiting your patio. It was a rainy night as we walked our dog thru the village last week when we saw the patio covered in heaters & your ad for $1 oysters! I went in to inquire about having our girl on the patio & was told she was very welcome.
At the same time we were brought glasses of water, a dog bowl & water was delivered for our furry family❤?Abdoul, Angelica, Thomas & our sever Daniel were all absolutely outstanding!
As the rain got heavier & started to blow in we were encouraged to move to a new table to be more comfortable. Everyone helped make the transition. Happily!
We ended up enjoying two dozen oysters, some calamari at the suggestion of Daniel & other munchies to round out our meal. All paired beautifully with a bottle of wine.
I find it harder & harder to find eating establishments where everyone cares. This crew nailed it. We had lovely conversation with them & our spontaneous stop at Lucille's was the highlight of our visit. Well done crew. You created raving fans of your restaurant & service. Gratitude🙏🏼❤?Voir plus
We walked by Lucille's a couple of times & noticed a lively, fun atmosphere. Our group of 8 decided to have dinner there on Sunday evening of March Break & it was fantastic. The food, service & ambience were all top notch. The teenagers both ordered & enjoyed the lobster rolls. A couple of us had the amazing salmon & salad with the oysters to share. Our friends had the smashed burgers, shrimp cocktail, & fish tacos & everyone was very happy with their meals. We sat outside under the heated lamps & people watched & had a lovely, relaxing dinner. Mr. Alex did a phenomenal job for his first official shift/table under waiter while shadowing Colton. Extremely charismatic, genuine, respectful & easy to talk to. He made the evening more enjoyable! I hope to see him being a full time waiter or given the opportunity he deserves as his welcoming attitude & outgoing personality makes it extremely easy for a client to be beyond satisfied with the service! I went to Lucille's for the first time recently. My friend went in first to ensure they had space as we didn't have a reservation- & they did which was great! However, when me & my other friend went to join her, we were not allowed in. She was waving us in with the hostess, & a man (who was not wearing a uniform to signify that he worked there) would not let us through. We tried to explain our friend was waving us through, & he rudely cut us off multiple times, as our friend was continually waving us with the hostess. He repeatedly told us to calm down & to not get upset. We were crammed in the vestibule with many other couples. I have severe social anxiety & was starting to have a panic attack because he kept singling us out & speaking very rudely to us. Once we were allowed to enter he once again told me to calm down & not take life so seriously (I did not say one word to this man to warrant this). When we finally arrived at our seats we asked our waiter if the man worked there & he said yes. This whole situation would have gone completely differently if the man had said'listen we just want to wait until the outside door is closed before we open the inner door', but instead he kept cutting us off & gave no explanation as to why we couldn't enter. If it is the policy of the restaurant to not open the door until the outer door is closed- maybe they should consider making a larger vestibule or investing in better heating if they are so worried about losing heat.
Our server was absolutely lovely, but honestly if my friend wasn't already inside I would have turned around & left. The whole experience left a very bad feeling, & leaving the restaurant I had more anxiety about the door man who I was worried would also make us uncomfortable when we left.
The food was ok & came out quickly. The drinks were very expensive, but the food was reasonably priced.
Overall, I did not have a good experience at this establishment because the front door experience made me super uncomfortable. I would not return, & would not recommend it to any of my friends.
Typically I do not write negative reviews, but I hope it is constructive & prompts management to make some changes to this policy to better facilitate the comfort of their patrons.Voir plus
This place is literally the best restaurant in the Tremblant village. The food is amazing & the vibes are immaculate. I have gone here like 5 times over my past 2 trips to Canada & every time it has been a really excellent restaurant experience. I will say you should definitely get a reservation because it fills up quick, especially if you have a larger group. If your looking for other really nice places to eat I would also recommend La Forge (downstairs is more casual & the grill upstairs is high end steak house but lowkey the filet at Lucilles is better) & A Mano (a very chill Italian restaurant with really nice vibes & very good pizza). This was our second time to Lucille's after we fell in love with the hot crab dip last time. The dip was as incredible as we remembered! All the food we've ordered has been delicous. We even suggested it to some folks on the chairlift today. We look forward to making it an annual tradition during our ski trips.Voir plus

Hier soir, notre souper pour 4 chez Lucille's Tremblant a été PLUS-QUE-PARFAIT!!! Même si le resto était bondé, tous nos plats sont arrivés bien chauds & succulents. On a adoré la présentation de nos assiettes qui était vraiment très appétissante. & surtout, on a été choyés avec le service attentionné de Sara au bar & de Tyle à notre table. We recently had an exceptional dining experience at Lucille's Tremblant Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the warm ambiance & top-notch service impressed us. We ordered the Steak for 2 Chateaubriand, & every bite confirmed how perfect our choice was. The tenderness, flavor, & presentation of the steak were outstanding. To complement the meal, we opted for a classic Old Fashioned cocktail, which added an extra touch of elegance to the evening. Our server, Emma, was both attentive & kind. Great atmosphere with great & fast service! I got a crab dip for starters which was good but portion was small (if you are planning to share) The $1 oysters were good as well. This was my first time in Mont Tremblant & our group tried Lucille's for a staff dinner. The food was amazing & the wait staff very attentive. The only thing that I could complain about is that one of the hostesses was very impatient to get back to her post. When coming out of the bathroom I was trying to be courteous to let an older gentleman past me & one of the hostess cut around me. To me that is very rude in a nice restaurant like this.Voir plus

Absolutely loved my visit to Lucille Oyster Bar in Tremblant! The crab dip was a standout-rich, creamy, & packed with flavor. Perfectly paired with crispy chips. The cheeseburger was equally impressive; juicy & cooked to perfection, it truly hit the spot. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it a great place to unwind after a day outdoors. Lucille's exceeded my expectations. I called day of to make a reservation for 18 people, on a Friday evening, & they were happy to accommodate us, even with short notice. Walking into the restaurant, I noticed Lucille's was packed & busy, so the fact that they reserved a section for our group, was very appreciated. The service was absolutely outstanding, & the food was delicious. & the surprise star dish was the cauliflower! Ambiance bruyante, service correct sans plus. Tout allait quand même bien jusqu'au paiement de la facture où la serveuse a pris panique parce que j'avais une carte cadeau prépayée en mains. J'ai passé 7 jours, 6 nuits au village piétonnier & pas une seule fois on m'a refusé de payer avec mes cartes cadeaux. Tout ça pour une facture de 80$. Alors pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter des cartes cadeaux pour se gâter un peu, ce ne sera pas au Lucille's que ce sera possible mais il y a plein d'autres endroits mieux que ça heureusement.Voir plus
We were excited to try Lucille's so made reservations for my wife & I. We sat outside along the busy street. The atmosphere was great. I very rarely leave bad reviews about restaurants, however, we're dissatisfied with the service. Our waitress did not come around very often. We had to get the attention of other waitresses to get service. I love oysters so I ordered the $1 oysters. I was shocked when I realized on the first one that they were literally rotten. I could not eat them. I am not a picky eater. They were just rotten. The fish rolls were just ok. The fire grilled chicken was dry & overcooked. Overall, for the prices they charge, they should do better or charge less. But we wanted to try it & we did. We will be going higher up the hill to La Forge next time however.Voir plus
We love this place!!! Huge shout out to Leia, she is amazing. So, my family & I went for the 1st time to Tremblant, we were looking for a nice place to have a meal, we found Lucille's by mistake looking for a place where our Puppy Kylo can be with us, & guess what Lucille's is pet friendly & more, they accommodate us in the terrace, Kylo was received with good vibes & a cool fresh water (Hot day). Food was really good, we share a Porter House (Medium well: Leia's recommendation) she was right ✅️, delicious. Sea food is great as well specially the'Demi Pieuvre' (octopus). The Mojitos 10/10. Dear reader, do not hesitate on having a great experience by coming to Lucille's, you won't be disappointed, on top of that the staff is super nice & that is always a plus.Voir plus
