Our dinner at Lucille's Mont Tremblant was unfortunately filled with issues. Due to a kitchen mix-up, our service lasted 3 hours & 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, one NY strip had a hair in it, the burger was soggy, the poke bowl far too salty, & the lobster roll didn't taste fresh. The oysters were good, but the ribs were underwhelming. Drinks were enjoyable, but when dessert came, two spoons were dirty, & the pie arrived with part of the crust missing. The crème brûlée was, thankfully, very good.
Despite all this, the service from our server - who was on her first shift - was kind & attentive, & the manager was very nice, doing his best to make things right. I sincerely hope the kitchen can get better organized, as the overall experience was far below expectations.

View more
Very busy restaurant but service was good & fast & our wait staff were all friendly. Food was really good, we all enjoyed every bite. Lobster rolls were amazing & steak was delicious. Crab dip was sooo good! Would recommend to anyone visiting Mont Tremblant this was our favourite restaurant in the area.View more
We walked by Lucille's a couple of times & noticed a lively, fun atmosphere. Our group of 8 decided to have dinner there on Sunday evening of March Break & it was fantastic. The food, service & ambience were all top notch. The teenagers both ordered & enjoyed the lobster rolls. A couple of us had the amazing salmon & salad with the oysters to share. Our friends had the smashed burgers, shrimp cocktail, & fish tacos & everyone was very happy with their meals. We sat outside under the heated lamps & people watched & had a lovely, relaxing dinner. This is a great place for families & large groups - highly recommend!!View more
Great food, very attentive service & lively atmosphere. The seafood dishes are very good. Did not try the steak but ribs were excellent. Lobster rolls 🦞 & octopus 🐙 were very good. The fries could have been a little better.View more
There is a review by S. Kelvin (1-star) that echoes my sentiment about the'Surf n' turf'. I would say that the amount of lobster is now adequate but the lobster itself was a bit watery. However, the ribs were a total disaster. The ribs were swimming in that cheap bbq sauce that was similar to $7.99 el cheapo rack of ribs you got at the grocery store that one time & had hoped to never come across again. You'd hope at that price they could at least get some ribs from Costco, throw a nice dry rub on them overnight & just cook them in the oven for 2 hours prior to opening. Caesar salad with pickles was different. Calamari was good. Filet mignon was nice! Fries are like McDonald's fries…
Service was nice, quick & professional, overall a very nice experience. Good job!View more
Pleasantly surprised with Lucille's, great service & good food for being at Tremblant. The surf & turf (rack ribs & lobster roll) was a good amount! Chowder & calamari were safe picks too. The 1$ oysters are what you expect, still funView more
My favorite is the lobster rolls. Great selection of beers. Seafood tower is overpriced for what you get, not recommendedView more
relax atmosphere. friendly/fast services. food needs improvement: Ribs, lukewarm, slightly too sweet, but decent. Lobster roll tiny & lacked flavor. Burger ok enough. Salads were terrible !!! they tasted unpleasantly sandy - maybe some tiny mini (bacon? bread?) crumbs? (i hope it's not sand/dirt from the greens). Also, not sure why they put pickles in the salad? The salads completely ruined our experience!View more
Great atmosphere with great & fast service! I got a crab dip for starters which was good but portion was small (if you are planning to share) The $1 oysters were good as well. As for the main I got Lucille's Surf & Turf. The ribs, lobster roll & fries were very good. Would recommend! Bill per person was around $70-80View more
View more
Great atmosphere & fabulous food. The lobster rolls & steak are magnificent... & the cheeseburger is a must!View more
We got seafood linguine pasta, sesame Salmon & lobster roll. Very good.View more
Very good food & great service as well. Staff was friendly & the food came fast. The only shortcoming was the portions - fairly small for the price. To be fair, the dishes had a good amount of seafood, but overall were small & not very filling. We ordered the crab cakes ($31 for 4 golfball sized crab cakes), crab dip ($21 for a decent amount of dip but came with only 6 chips!) & lobster rolls ($42 for 2 lobster rolls & fries).View more
We had an amazing time at Lucilles. We went for a late Saturday night dinner & while the restaurant was busy, service was dialed & we never felt like we were waiting. We started with the $1 oyster special & shared the lobster roll dinner & tuna tartare it was plenty of food for two people. The oysters were on the smaller side, but were so delicious that we wound up ordering an addition 1/2 dozen because they were so tasty. Despite the restaurant being filled with many large groups surrounding us, we received our food within minutes of ordering. The atmosphere is very lively & should definitely be on your list of places to eat while in Tremblant!View more
Great surf & turf dishes like steaks, grilled squid, lobster, & ribs.View more
Do not get the lobster roll. $42 for stale wonder bread & overcooked lobster.View more
Nothing was impressive. Went on a weekday late afternoon. Not busy at all, two tables including us. We ordered calamari & beef tartare to share, the waiter didn't even gave us plates to use. We ordered ribs, salmon, lobster poutine. Everything was ok nothing stood out. No ketchup for the fries with ribs though. The waiter was about 4 ft from us for the entire time & didn't even bother to check on us like he was super busy with an empty space. & he was expecting a huge tip after all these. We gave 13% for a reason. he didn't say a word after. No thank you. No bye.View more
Very disappointed with our families visit to this restaurant. For starters their web page does not provide prices of meals so we found all items overpriced from our expectations. The steak was seared too long making the outside very tough with no juice on the inside so was dry for a medium rare. The plate was piled high with fries of which half were wasted as too many. The crispy fish tacos & lobster roll were tasty. The ambiance was very poor. It felt like sitting in a dark basement. The washroom doors were not marked & were painted black in a poorly lit area having to guess if the door was a washroom or employee entrance. There was no bar menu unless you had a smartphone to scan a QR code. All through our supper a bus boy wearing a ball cap would pass by our table every 30 seconds & stare at us eating our meal & making us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this restaurant.View more

Checked off all the boxes for visiting each Lucille’s location in Quebec!
Family came here for a thanksgiving dinner & birthday celebration & the service was phenomenal. We ordered six dozen oysters, the last three tomahawks, an octopus salad, watermelon salad, lobster rolls, & a ton of other sides & everything was cooked to perfection.
Apps came out within minutes of ordering & the staff gave us a bunch of complimentary sides (given that we ordered half the menu & then some to begin with), & special drinks to celebrate the birthdays.
The restaurant was attached to our hotel which was very convenient, but if you’re not staying right in the village like my family was, I’d take a cab here as there is very limited parking on site.
100% coming back here during my next visit to Tremblant, & obviously the other locations when in Montreal.View more
I like the Lucille concept but lacks the details. Service & atmosphere was great & inviting. I had that is supposed to be lightly cooked. It was over cooked but probably perfect for people who don't like sushi. I have their salad a few times but it always drowning in dressing & way to strong . Should be another vegetable in it . Ask it on the side with more oil than balsamic. Shrimp cocktail & lobster roll was great .
Finally a good restaurant in Tremblant village. I ordered the lobster , was good but a bit pricey , the salad had too much dressing & the fries were too salty . Next time I'll try another dish . Thanks
