Our dinner at Lucille's Mont Tremblant was unfortunately filled with issues. Due to a kitchen mix-up, our service lasted 3 hours & 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, one NY strip had a hair in it, the burger was soggy, the poke bowl far too salty, & the lobster roll didn't taste fresh. The oysters were good, but the ribs were underwhelming. Drinks were enjoyable, but when dessert came, two spoons were dirty, & the pie arrived with part of the crust missing. The crème brûlée was, thankfully, very good.
Despite all this, the service from our server - who was on her first shift - was kind & attentive, & the manager was very nice, doing his best to make things right. I sincerely hope the kitchen can get better organized, as the overall experience was far below expectations.

Notre souper chez Lucille's Mont Tremblant a malheureusement été marqué par de nombreux problèmes. À cause d'une erreur en cuisine, le service a duré 3h30. Lorsqu'on a enfin été servis, un NY strip contenait un cheveu, le burger était détrempé, le poke bowl beaucoup trop salé & le lobster roll manquait de fraîcheur. Les huîtres étaient bonnes, mais les côtes levées décevantes. Les cocktails étaient agréables, mais au moment du dessert, deux cuillères étaient sales & une partie de la croûte de la tarte manquait. La crème brûlée, heureusement, était excellente.
Malgré tout, notre serveuse - à son premier quart de travail - a été attentionnée & aimable, & le gérant a été très courtois & a tenté de corriger la situation. J'espère sincèrement que la cuisine réussira à mieux s'organiser, car l'expérience générale n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes.View more

Mon copain & moi avons chacun pris un drinks qui était très bon. Nous avons pris des ailes de poulets en entré.
Ensuite, j'ai pris le tartare de boeuf & mon chum le filet mignon avec des frites. excellent 👌
Nous avons ajouté la purée de patates au fromage & les légumes!
Nous avons moins aimé le dessert.
Mais dans l'ensemble, tout était bien.

The food was tasty but quite expensive for the portion size. The oysters were delicious. Our server rushed us through our dinner. We had not even taken a sip of our drinks when our meals arrived. The server rushed us through everything which kind of ruined our romantic night out.View more
We went on a weeknight so it was not super busy, we got in & seated right away, the ribs were very good & my wife's little burgers also very good. The waitress was quick to fill our drinks & take our order.View more
Great staff & appreciated the bar area which had a ton of screens to watch games. Of course we came for the $1 oysters that did not disappoint. The crab dip was devoured by all. The food was good, I would recommend their steak fries. Their pecan pie was my favorite. Great drink selection as well. A good spot for a bite & drink for aprés ski.View more
I went to Lucille's for the first time recently. My friend went in first to ensure they had space as we didn't have a reservation- & they did which was great! However, when me & my other friend went to join her, we were not allowed in. She was waving us in with the hostess, & a man (who was not wearing a uniform to signify that he worked there) would not let us through. We tried to explain our friend was waving us through, & he rudely cut us off multiple times, as our friend was continually waving us with the hostess. He repeatedly told us to calm down & to not get upset. We were crammed in the vestibule with many other couples. I have severe social anxiety & was starting to have a panic attack because he kept singling us out & speaking very rudely to us. Once we were allowed to enter he once again told me to calm down & not take life so seriously (I did not say one word to this man to warrant this). When we finally arrived at our seats we asked our waiter if the man worked there & he said yes. This whole situation would have gone completely differently if the man had said'listen we just want to wait until the outside door is closed before we open the inner door', but instead he kept cutting us off & gave no explanation as to why we couldn't enter. If it is the policy of the restaurant to not open the door until the outer door is closed- maybe they should consider making a larger vestibule or investing in better heating if they are so worried about losing heat.
Our server was absolutely lovely, but honestly if my friend wasn't already inside I would have turned around & left. The whole experience left a very bad feeling, & leaving the restaurant I had more anxiety about the door man who I was worried would also make us uncomfortable when we left.
The food was ok & came out quickly. The drinks were very expensive, but the food was reasonably priced.
Overall, I did not have a good experience at this establishment because the front door experience made me super uncomfortable. I would not return, & would not recommend it to any of my friends.
Typically I do not write negative reviews, but I hope it is constructive & prompts management to make some changes to this policy to better facilitate the comfort of their patrons.View more
Our experience here was wonderful. It was our last dinner on our honeymoon. The steak was amazing - my husband ordered the Filet Mignon cooked blue. He is extremely picky & he said this was probably one of the best steaks he has ever had. & I agree it was delicious. I had the hot crab dip which I think was super delicious. It wasn't very crabby - & I love crab so I do wish there as a little more crab to it. I also had the fish tacos. I'll be honest, they weren't amazing but they weren't bad. I order fish tacos nearly everywhere I go where they are on the menu. I agree that they weren't anything special but they were still yummy. Drinks wise - my husband ordered the house IPA & another house beer both of which he said were as expected & good. I ordered one of the fancier cocktails - I can't remember the name but it was a gin cocktail with thyme. It was okay, again nothing special & could have had more flavours to it. I then followed up with a Gin & Tonic which was good. They also gave us a round of Oysters on the house. We had never had oysters before so it was a fun experience & they were delicious - a great first oyster experience. The service was 10/10 & the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely return! Suggestion for the restaurant, I would love a crab only dish on the menu. Maybe like a set of crab legs with some side dishes. It's what I had been hoping for when I arrived & didn't see it on the menu. But the food I had was great. Highly recommend & we will return next time we are in Tremblant. Especially for the Steak & the peppercorn sauce.View more
Fomos sem reserva em um dia que a cidade estava LOTADA, o restaurante estava super cheio com um dia lindo e a procura por terraços estava enorme. Nós queríamos o ar condicionado e o maior perto possível do bar. Conseguimos uma mesa para dois interna em um espaço lindo, o bar tem uma decoraçao linda. O preço é mediano, mas vale muito. O steak com a salada estava divino, nosso garçom fois o Dennis e que serviço sensacional. Nao recomendamos a sobremesa de morango, é uma gelatina que nao vale o preço. Went for an 8 person birthday dinner. The cocktail menu was incredibly limited, out of the 7-8 cocktails they have only 1 was appealing. The filet was good but they cheaper steaks were definitely not worth the money. Pickles in the Cesar salad was definitely a swing & a miss taste wise. The food came incredibly quick which was impressive. The server seemed to be confused, he tried to tell us the "raw bar" was cooked food served over ice which was incredibly confusing considering it's all "raw" The server also spilt 2 drinks on us while serving them which was less than ideal. Overall not bad but needs some improvements.View more

Bonjour, j'aurais aimé dire que tout était parfait mais malheureusement non. On avait choisi cet endroit puisque c'est un resto bar. C'était pour un bachelorette party alors on pensait que c'était la place. Je tiens à préciser que nous étions au moins 5 groupe de bachelor/ bachelorette party dans la section où nous étions assise. Notre serveuse Alisson était super. La nourriture excellente. Mais la gérante ne cessait de nous dire d'arrêter de faire du bruit. Je le répète, nous étions entourés de 5 groupe de bachelor / bachelorette. L'ambiance était très festive, on avait vraiment du fun. Tout ça a fais en sorte que notre soirée chez vous a été écourté. On ne s'est même pas rendu au dessert. On aurait certainement commander d'autres vins & d'autres drink. Triste pour la serveuse qui se voyait faire une belle soirée. La gérante nous a même mis à la porte. Il était 9:30 environ.. la soirée ne faisait que commencer. Je suis déjà aller à celui de pointe Claire & c'était super. J'ai été très déçu à celui de Tremblant côté ambiance mais probablement dû à cette gérante.View more
Our server was excellent & very knowledgeable & nice, quick as well. I have a good lamasery y & she was very good at knowing my options, hee name was Pascale. I came last year & it has greatly improved in terms of service! I heard it's under new management & they are doing a great job! Last year we received our drinks halfway through our meal & the service wasn't as good. Food was great both times. It is quite loud inside So outdoors worked better for us but a fun atmosphere for a young crowd, we're middle aged 😉View more
Had dinner after walking around the Tremblant pedestrian village on a hot humid day. Service was excellent....our server was super efficient & they have a LOT of supporting players available to help deliver drinks etc. Hubby started with 18 of the $1 oysters. They're small but good. We shared the dill pickle caesar salad & the fish tacos. Excellent. The only minor complaint was the heat. We were seated near the door to the patio, which was left open. This eliminated the benefit of the A/C & we were sweating profusely throughout dinner.View more

The Piri Piri shrimp dish was to die for!! The Steak Frites was amazing & cooked to perfection!! The cheesy mashed were delicious. The ribs fell off the bone. My beverage, Tito's with cranberry & a splash of 7up, was the most perfect mix I've ever had anywhere!! The Caesar salad with pickles was flavourful & sooo fresh!! My friend had a Caesar & her drink was fabulous as well! Our guys had the Red Stripe Jamaican beer was amazing!! No after taste. Smooth. Clean. We Sat on the patio, the atmosphere was very relaxed. I watched Spain's game at Euro 2024's on Lucille's terrasse during Canada-day long-weekend, & it was a chill atmosphere. e had oysters which is what they're pretty known for, & plenty of drinks... The bald waitress was really nice with us, often checking up on us & giving us amazing recommendations & service!View more
Perfect space to enjoy your food & drinks, the NY strip was the most tender & flavourful steak I have ever had, & the space around me & my family was great, they also brought out a water bowl for our dog, we also ordered octopus & linguini, it was perfectly prepped & there were no flaws. Fast service too, we had a nice waiter, & he came to check on us every 15 minutes or so, & the chef was very fast & clearly a pro at what he does. Great place to dine, but it's just a bit pricey.View more
The restaurant's atmosphere was fantastic, & there were plenty of servers considering how quiet it was. However, our experience was let down by our server's behavior. Another server intercepted our original server & took over our table, & immediately made us feel uncomfortable by asking if he could join us for a drink. We thought he was joking, but he ordered himself a beer to our table, but assured us we wouldn't pay for it & when he brought us our drinks, he had a extra beer with it, & cheersed with us at the table. The food was tasty but overpriced for the portion size. Our server frequently returned to our table to drink his beer, making us feel uneasy. Our appetizers of calamari & hot crab dip came super quick. Our plates were cleared so quickly that our server even brought us new side plates thinking we hadn't even gotten them yet. He was confused when we told him we had already received our appetizers. Feeling uncomfortable with how the evening was going we asked for the bill. When we asked for the bill, he chugged his beer in front of us & made a comment about how he saw us come in & thought we'd be cool enough to ask us to "order" a drink for him. Overall, despite the great atmosphere & attentiveness from other staff, we felt rushed & disappointed due to our server's unprofessional behavior, leaving the restaurant within 25 minutes, & paying $100 for two drinks & two appetizers!View more
Nice space, servers are really nice. Food is below average. Burger had a dodgy craft single & a cheap bun. Seafood. Linguine was like rubber, all the seafood way over cooked. Our meals came before the drinks lol so nothing freshly prepared. Very expensive for what you get. Unfortunately the whole pedestrian village is full of mediocre.View more
Yes. Definitely eat one meal at Lucille's for excellent seafood. The atmosphere for dinner on the weekend is lively, fun & very busy. Like most Tremblant village restaurants, they do not take reservations so our group of 10 had 2 people waiting inside & the rest went "shopping". As another reviewer mentioned, I think they should allow people waiting to order drinks at the bar if there are stools open. Outdoor seating with overhead red warmers were available but that particular night was really chilly & windy. Service was friendly, prompt & attentive & food was served quickly. I loved the dozen of little oysters on a half shell. All seafood dishes were great, my grilled octopus was tasty & fresh. Kids mini Angus burgers were also a hit. Tip: for a large group, send 2 ppl inside to wait ahead of time.View more
We had the misfortune of eating at Lucille's in Mont Tremblant Village last night. The food was fine minus a rushed & watery seafood linguine. However the service was simply terrible. We waited 10 minutes to give our order, another 30 minutes to receive one round of drinks & another 30 minutes to receive the mains. In the end they merely comped us the clam chowder. I'm not sure what was going on but we're not going back.View more

The place was clearly under staffed in both the kitchen & in the dining room. 20 minutes wait before we were even asked to place an order. Drinks arrived after the main course was eaten. One person's food was delivered ten minutes after everybody else. The general atmosphere was impacted by the overall stress levels of the staff. Shame. I've had a really good experience in the past, but this has really put me off.

Horrible experience! We made reservations 6 weeks ago in anticipation of our family Christmas dinner. This was going to be a special occasion.
After being seated we ordered several drinks as well as a bottle of red wine that we were planning on matching with our meal. After opening the wine & consuming a few glasses, our waitress came to take our order. It is only at this moment that we were told that the restaurant was out of steak! Not just a particular cut, but every cut. The 4 of us intended on ordering steak & needless to say, we were stunned. We decided on the tuna &, again, none was available. We ended up getting meals we really didn't want & were offered absolutely no compensation whatsoever.
via LibroThis is my third time going. I am very disappointed with the cocktails. Second time I ordered a double vodka on the rocks & got barely anything & was charged 28$. I don't mind paying but I believe when you ask for a double you are entitled to a proper drink!
Overall not bad but different than the locations I'm used to eating at in Montreal. We ordered a fried calamari entrée & the portion was so small for $21. I get it that this is a ski resort area but I think that's a little too much. One entrée & 3 drinks, $85 all in. Not sure if I'd go back to this location.View more
I have to say that this place runs like a well oiled machine. We are here on a Saturday night, it's quite busy & yet, our food & service was impeccable. Your bar code makes absolutely no sense for the drink portion of the menu.
Nobody but nobody wants to look at their iPhone to review the drinks. As a result, elected not to drink.
If you're going to have a food menu, why not have a wine & liquor menu.
As you know, most your profit is in wine & liquor, so you are hurting yourself by putting in a barcode menu.
Checked off all the boxes for visiting each Lucille’s location in Quebec!
Family came here for a thanksgiving dinner & birthday celebration & the service was phenomenal. We ordered six dozen oysters, the last three tomahawks, an octopus salad, watermelon salad, lobster rolls, & a ton of other sides & everything was cooked to perfection.
Apps came out within minutes of ordering & the staff gave us a bunch of complimentary sides (given that we ordered half the menu & then some to begin with), & special drinks to celebrate the birthdays.
The restaurant was attached to our hotel which was very convenient, but if you’re not staying right in the village like my family was, I’d take a cab here as there is very limited parking on site.
100% coming back here during my next visit to Tremblant, & obviously the other locations when in Montreal.View more
