After a long time of wondering, we finally ventured into Lucille's & were pleasantly surprised at the vibe & bustle of the place. Our service was great, although we did have to get our server's attention a few times as they were very busy. Overall, the food was ok - the fresh oysters were good (not amazing) but the lobster, although enjoyable, was a bit charred & tasted burnt. Might be a good place for a large group to hang cause of the vibe but the food wasn't that great.

Une excellente découverte pour moi!! Je n'avais jamais été à ce restaurants & je n'est pas regretter mon choix ! Ont était un groupe de 8 personnes & le restaurants étais quand meme très remplis. Notre serveuse de la soirée(Zoé) nous a offert un excellent service. Nos entrées sont arrivés tous en meme temps & cetais délicieux ! Je recommande l'entrée de trempette chaude au crabe service avec chips de pita!!! Un delices 😋 comme repas principal jai pris le filet mignon, il était délicieux & tendre à souhait !!! Vraiment je recommande ce restaurant, cetais ma première fois & certainement pas la dernière 😁😁
Was a little worried about coming here, since the location in pointe Claire was very disappointing .
Came here with around 30 people & had an amazing experience. Any mistake was fixed quickly & I can now say Lucille's is an amazing restaurant . Congrats
Bonsoir, je tiens à souligner une attention particulière envers Marie-Lou Lucille's Laval suite à une modification de notre réservation afin de combler nos besoins, emplacement & heure de notre réservation. Service attentionné, impeccable & à l'écoute pour satisfaire la clientèle. Merci aussi à Dominic, d'avoir fait que nous avons passé une soirée superbe avec qualité comme toujours & bienveillance particulière. C'est pour cela que encore depuis plusieurs fois, je vais revenir pour un bon souper à cet endroit. Merci !!

Lucille's really went down in the last decade. The food tasted like it was frozen beforehand. I was really disappointed in their fried calamari. I've eaten better fried calamari in a sports bar.
Also, there's a unisex bathroom, which makes no sense to me. I was in one of the stalls & locked the door (obviously) & a man walked in on me & actually yelled that I should've locked the door, to which I replied I did & the lock was clearly broken. Why do unisex bathrooms exist? Is it for everyone's safety? I'll never come back here again because of the bathroom situation. I can forgive the food being mid but I won't put myself or any other female in a situation like that again.

Je suis allée à cet endroit deux fois dans les dernières années. Les deux fois le service était impecable, personnel super gentil, souriant & à l'écoute. Vraiment wow!
Que le resto soit bondé ou pratiquement vide, les employés restent aussi souriants & efficaces.
Ce soir nous étions pressées...Nous avons été servies rapidement, toujours avec le sourire. La nourriture est excellente. J'aime beaucoup l'endroit 😊

J'ai choisi cet endroit pour célébrer mon anniversaire entre amis & sincèrement, c'est dommage que ce ne soit pas ainsi partout, en plus de la nourriture… le service… je dis un gros « WOW » 🤩 Ce fut tout simplement impeccable ! Vraiment excellent. Absolument rien à dire de négatif; le personnels respectueux, à l'écoute, souriants & j'en passe… je vous dit bravo 👏 & Lucilles prouve que c'est possible. J'ai adoré, aucun regret d'y être allé 🥰
