Great ambience & excellent food. The manager, Jason, was very attentive after a small issue with an oyster & handled it professionally, turning our experience into an exceptional one. We were served by Sarah, who also provided outstanding service.

Nous étions 3 personnes pour mon anniversaire samedi le 17 janvier, & nous étions tous les 3 du même avis que tout était excellent. La serveuse était très attentionné à mes demandes. Le gérant Jason était passé nous voir à notre table & m'a offert le gateau d'anniversaire gratuitement, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié. Je recommande ce restaurant & je reviendrai assurément.

We have been going to Lucille's for many years, & it never disappoints. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the staff consistently pays attention to the smallest details.
I would especially like to thank Jason, the manager, who went above & beyond this evening to accommodate us. His professionalism & care truly made a difference.
I highly recommend Lucille's to everyone.

Only negative was the noise level. Restaurant was packed. Made it hard having a conversation. Not the restaurants fault.

Nous avons été à ce restaurant pour la deuxième fois la semaine dernière & c'étais aussi bon que la première. Le service peut s'améliorer une coche afin de rendre l'expérience encore meilleure, mais ceci est un détails. L'ambiance est l'fun ça se voit que c'est un resto populaire.

Food for a group can be a little more generous, my plate was 6 pieces of chicken nugget size.

Service it's messy, not organize at all, my cousin beside me receive is dinner when mine was done to eat,
they should serve table by table for a group.
when is time for the invoice we wait 40 minutes?
for a group of few table, they should give the invoice to everyone & the payers take the bill for his family / friends, this will be away simple or others resto does its in the beginning who pay for who & they order accordingly
when is full of people its noisy.

Les portions pour un groupe pourraient être un peu plus généreuses. Mon assiette contenait six morceaux de poulet de la taille de nuggets.
On était 31 personnes.
Le service était désorganisé & chaotique. Mon cousin, assis à côté de moi, a été servi alors que j'avais déjà fini de manger.
Ils devraient servir les groupes table par table.
On a attendu 40 minutes pour la facture ?
Pour un groupe de quelques tables, ils devraient donner l'addition à chacun & laisser les personnes qui paient régler la note de leur famille/amis. Ça serait beaucoup plus simple. D'autres restaurants fonctionnent ainsi : qui paie pour qui dès le début & chacun commande en conséquence.
Quand le resto est plein, c'est bruyant.

Lucille's in Laval is an absolute gem!
We went for a date night & everything about the experience was spot on-from the ambiance to the service. We ordered the côte de boeuf to share, & wow… it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, & bursting with flavor. It was truly one of those dishes you keep talking about long after the meal is over.
The shareable plate made it even more special-ideal for a romantic evening & for anyone who appreciates high-quality meat done right. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, & the overall vibe felt both upscale & welcoming.
If you're looking for a place in Laval for a memorable date night or a special occasion, Lucille's is a must. We'll definitely be back! 🥩✨

Service & nourriture vraiment excellents ! À l'intérieur un peu bruyant sur l'heure du midi mais à notre demande ils nous ont installés sur la terasse & c'était super !

We Dined on New years Eve, party of six we had reservations the Service was Exceptional & the Food was Fantastic i had the 1/2 rack of Ribs & it was a good portion more than enough & was delicious Considering they specialize in sea food i would recommend this Location to anyone!!

Food was good. Waitress was nice. The only issue were the bus biys who kept reachi g across our table & plates every second to pick up a random napkin, plate, cup. Was not done with proper etiquette.

Sommes allés hier soir, Les huîtres étaient très bonnes, & l'eau des huîtres travaille bien été gardée. Bon choix de combinaison de sauce les déguster. Nous avons ensuite pris l'assiette de homards grillés, Malheureusement trop cuit sur le grill, les pinces sont arrivés noires, J'avais eu une meilleure expérience, la première fois, je comprends qu' il y avait certainement beaucoup de monde ce soir, Mais quand même, c'est un plat dispendieux, & c'est décevant d'avoir nos o homards brûlés. À part de cela, le service était super, Le garçon qui nous a servi était très attentionné.
