I went to Lucille's with some friends last weekend & it was an absolute blast. The atmosphere of the place is very enjoyable & the food is absolutely delicious. I had the glazed salmon & it was amazing. We had the pleasure to be served by Raphaelle, she was impeccable & such a joy to be served by, her timing was on point & she was very attentive & made sure to make our experience wonderful! Would come again!
J'ai donné 4☆ mais c'est plutôt 3.5☆, je m'explique.... pour moi, 5☆ c'est la perfection. Étant amateur de bavette, j'ai choisi le steak& frites( bavette 8 oz). Le service était impeccable, la décoration & l'ambiance aussi. Mais à la première bouchée de ma bavette, j'étais déçue. Plein de tiraille, ce n'est clairement pas du AAA. C'est pas ma première bavette dans un restaurant. Je paye mes bavettes 8 oz AAA 12$ chaque chez mon fournisseur. Je comprends que les restos doivent faire du profit.je ne m'attends pas à grand chose d'une bavette à 25$ dans les restaurants. Mais là, une bavette à 28$, un resto réputé pour du 100$/ personne, je m'attendais à une bavette de meilleure qualité. Pour cela j'enlève une étoile.
Pour la demi-étoile que je retire, cest au niveau du détail.... tout était parfait sauf que! Lorsqu'on m'a apporté mon plat ( voir photo) c'était sur une planche à découper. Original à mon goût. Mais combiner steac saignant, planche plate & table pas de niveau, ben oui, dégât ! Rout le sang coulait sur la table & se dirigeait vers moi. J'ai due faire intervenir la serveuse Marielle qui fut géniale.
Bref pour un dimanche soir, pas trop de monde, ambiance pas trop bruyante, j'ai bien aimé ma soirée malgré tout. Attendez vous à 100$ par personne avant le pourboire.

Excellent service, super belle soirée, bien accueilli, accommodant! Notre serveur Nicolas était excellent, il a rendu cette soirée inoubliable & efficace. On n'avait besoin de s'inquiéter de rien! Merci!

J'étais un peu déçu que mes plats préférés ont disparu du menu, comme le carpaccio & les crevettes piri piri, MAIS remplacé par l'homard grillée avec sauce Piri piri 😱🤤 c'était PARFAIT. J'ai finalement trouvé mon plat préféré & en plus avec le super service ça fini super bien une soirée!! NB il faut absolument commander les crevettes bang bang 😳
I went here for the third time with my girlfriend & her sister on my Birthday this past Thursday. Mike was our server & he was truly amazing. Fast service, very attentive & made us feel super comfortable. This was my third time & while each time prior was great, this was definitely by far the best experience I've had there. The food recommendations were great & our meal was lovely. I will definitely be coming back, hopefully we get Mike again next time!

Mike, notre serveur a été exceptionnel !! Gentil, présent, drôle, ils nous a fait d'excellentes suggestions tant pour la nourriture que pour la boisson 🤩 On vient du Saguenay & votre restaurant nous avait été recommandé ☺? We went in for Valentines dinner, I think our servers name was Chris? I feel bad for not remembering, cuz he was awesome & answered all my questions about the menu & what he recommends for our next visit. Husband had to steak frites & I had one guedille with Asian seared tuna salad. It really hit the spot, excellent balance of flavors & nice texture. The guedille was done in the classic style, heaping with lobster mix & nice soft (i think) brioche bun. Husbands steak was cooked correctly, medium as he asked & he seemed pleased. The menus really well curated, our server told us its put together with a team of chefs so its nice to have all the variety of flavors & definitely piqued our interest to come by again.
We finished with a maple cheesecake, very creamy & kept shape, excellent combination with the maple syrup.
Will be back again, & will ask for the same server again if hes there.

If you are gluten intolerant, DO NOT trust their website, save your money go somewhere else. Website should be upgraded & taken seriously. Waitress confirmed there is not a separate fryer for fries & also could not order the Bang Bang shrimp. In the end I only ordered one plate, instead of three.
Tables are too close together, we heard other peoples conversations & bus boys kept bumping into our chairs without apologizing. Our waitress was professional, answered all our questions & had great suggestions, but the music was too loud & she could not hear our orders, we all had to repeat them. Staff that brings your food to the table should be properly trained, Two of them went over our plates & heads, dropped some fries in one water glass instead of going around our table to serve the plates to the person that ordered it. Our whole table decided unanimously we would not return.
L'ambiance était super ! Malgré l'attente ma blonde, ma belle mère & moi avons eux un très bon service de la part d'Amelie & du gérant Charle. Très recommandé de ma part à ma famille & moi
We started with oysters & the bang bang shrimp, both were delicious. The oysters were super fresh, & the bang bang shrimp was perfectly crispy with the best sauce (definitely a must-order). I got the lobster roll & it was good, lots of lobster. My whiskey sour was really well made.
Overall just a great vibe, good service, & amazing seafood. We'll definitely be back!

Le service était excellent du début à la fin. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'une cruche d'eau soit déposée directement sur la table ça évite d'attendre pour remplir son verre, un petit détail qui fait une vraie différence.
Le temps d'attente pour recevoir nos plats était d'environ dix minutes, ce qui est tout à fait raisonnable, surtout pour un vendredi soir où l'endroit était extrêmement achalandé. Malgré le fait que nous soyons arrivés à la dernière minute, ils ont réussi à nous trouver une table, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Les frites étaient très bonnes & bien servies. Elles étaient simplement un peu courtes, ce qui les rendait parfois moins faciles à attraper, mais la qualité était au rendez-vous.
J'ai commandé le burger Angus. Leur force est clairement le boeuf : la boulette était excellente, savoureuse & bien cuite. En revanche, le pain & la laitue pourraient être légèrement améliorés pour être au même niveau que la viande.
Le personnel était très gentil & professionnel. Les serveuses portaient une jupe bleu pâle soigné & élégant, ce qui contribue à l'identité visuelle du restaurant & participe à l'ambiance dynamique & agréable de l'endroit.
L'atmosphère générale était très bonne, bien que la musique soit un peu forte, ce qui rendait la conversation légèrement plus difficile.
En résumé, une très bonne expérience avec seulement quelques petits ajustements possibles. J'y retournerais sans hésite
