La nourriture, l'ambiance, le service que nous avions était excellent ; note d'amélioration : la dynamique des serveurs autour de tables à deux est stressante & peut devenir problématique ; dans le même sens pour améliorer l'attente du deuxième plat était plus tardif que normale.

Lovely restaurant, staff is friendly. Dessert is delicious. The only tiny issues were the ribs are a bit too salty & my linguini was very runny.

waited over 1hr for food. we asked for bread & were give 4 pieces to toast for a group of 7. food did not arrive at the same time

Food was delicious, as always, but the best thing about this restaurant are the young people that work there. They are so friendly & polite & go out of their way to please. Dahlia, our server, was a gem!

Manquait du jus de tomates donc pas de bloody mary...& pour la première fois la pieuvre n'était pas aussi tendre que d'habitude - la salade wedge très bonne- mon mari steak tb & nos amis saumon bon & fish & ships tb -

The food & waitress service was impeccable but we asked to be seated elsewhere & were told by management we couldn't because of the way they handle their reservations but a long line of tables with booths were left empty the entire time we were there & that was frustrating as we were near a door & you could feel a draft whenever someone would walk in or out. So next time, don't ask, just get up & take another seat or eat somewhere else.

Business dinner with customers from out of town. They complimented often, cannot go wrong with the different options... good food & wine.

The ambiance was good, food was very tasty. I'm only giving 4 stars because when I asked if a small salad was available for me to order to go along with my main meal the waitress only pointed out the more expensive starter salads but when I looked in more detail after she left our table I saw that salads were available in their sides section of the menu for a quarter of the price.

Our dinner was just okay, the salmon tartare was not good at all though. Service was a bit slow & not very well delivered. Too much reaching across each of us instead of delivering properly.
Ambience was good, we will give it 1 more try.

Great service, but the food was very average. I was probably expecting more from Lucille's but the lobster roll was very watery & the ribs were over cooked, they stuck to the bone... great wine list though!

some tables are very poor when full & crowded took a long time to get a good table
but once there the service & food was good.
Will come again but not on a Saturday evening.
