We had a great experience, the service was great, the server was knowledgeable & even convinced the French members of our party to drink champagne out of wine glasses, she was wonderful & attentive. The food was delicious & we were so happy to have a place to celebrate on a Monday night!

We were a table of 12 so having 1 server is not really sufficient as some of us were waiting too long in between trips. Extremely taken aback by the fact that it was a big birthday & not only was a tiny non impressive dessert given. We were charged for it. The tables bill was quite large therefore charging for 1 lousy dessert was pretty ridiculous. Can't say I'd return .
The food was tasty but the overall experience was not. I generously gave 3 stars because 1/2 was not an option. It would be 2.5 ⭐️

We were really looking forward to visiting this new restaurant after having sampled their lobster rolls from their food truck. Not even close, bus boys have no experience removing plates while others are eating at the table. I ordered the ribs neat was dry & loaded with room temperature BBQ says which drenched my fries , the lobster rolls where served with too much mayo that it was too wet & not enough meat. All in all I would not go back. Many other choices in the west island. Waitress was very good & very polite.

First time here, organized a group of the school mums to have a nice meal out & it was perfect all round. Excellent food, great service & bustling atmosphere. We will be back!

First & foremost, the waiter was amazing.

However it was our wedding proposal celebration & my family brought a cake. The hostess told us we couldn't put in the fridge because the restaurant didn't allow cakes. Our waiter saved the day when he accepted to put it in the fridge & cut it for us.

Also, we waited 2 hours before getting our food. I recommended Lucille's because of its great service, was disappointed yesterday.

Lucille's at Fairview is a great place to meet & eat. The service is top notch, then ambiance is casual & fun, & the food is great. Overall great value!

First time going & I was not disappointed! I ordered the Ny steak & prawns with the mashed potatoes. The steak was tender, juicy & nice. The shrimps were seasoned to perfection & the cheese mashed potatoes was super yummy. I would definitely go back!!

Loved the restaurant & very pleased with my food. I did find the music a bit too loud, I couldn't hear during my dinner. Otherwise very beautiful place with amazing food & service.

Good overall!Ceasar salad not so good! You should have a paper drink menu I would of order lots of fancy drinks! Saturday night was long for the food the wait! Maybe have some hot bread while u wait! Thks

On a commandé du fish & chip mais on ne nous a pas dit qu'il n'y en avait plus. On a attendu 2 heures pour avoir nos plats principaux pour une table de 4.

Ich finde 4 Sterne sind zu wenig, weil das Essen ist wirklich gut, empfehle das Steak Kansas cut wirklich gut.

Das was mich ein bisschen stört ist ein bisschen die Lautstärke.

I had to wait almost 2hours for my main course ! Premium Ousters, nothing in the shell, empty, but the waitress offered 6 complementary oysters !!! The waitress was nice !!!

Saturday for dinner.
The steak was great, done perfectly as ordered. A decent Pinot noir to go with that cut. Very good service. Except of course, I could barely hear the waiter or the server. My dinner companion & I could hardly hear each other across the table.
I really liked the look of the place, the long bars, decor. But the acoustics in that place are terrible. Like a high-end Manior.
The din was, well, deafening.
Seriously. & then the DJ (or whatever) kicked in - are you friggin kidding me?! Totally unnecessary background noise - a waste of good music. I heard some Motown, sort of heard it, it was all just more noise after that. Please decide if you want to be a good restaurant or a downtown nightclub/dance bar. If I ever come back it might be just for a burger & a beer at the bar - at lunchtime.
