Food was great. Had to ask to give us serving utensils like spoons to serve the appetizers , also too quick to remove the food or should ask if we are finished. Still enjoyed the evening . Will come back again thanks

We went for date night, made a reservation in advance, & yet still we were seated in the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. Our table was squeezed between two different parties, with barely enough room between tables to move to & from. Waiter's bottoms bumping into the edge of our table. We were practically seated on top of each other. In fact, in the middle of our meal, the waitstaff had to ask us to move our table in order to accommodate a new table being seated next to us to allow enough room for them to sit down. The tables were so close, half way through our meal, the table next to us started chatting with us.

Additionally, our waiter was very distracted, taking away our menus before we had ordered anything but drinks. If we hadn't already decided what we had wanted in advance, we would have had to request the menus again. We received our appetizers promptly, then proceeded to wait for what felt like ages for our entrees. We had to ask for dessert menus, & the bill, & to flag our waiter in order to pay. It was a disappointing experience given it was supposed to be a lovely meal, & despite having a reservation. I don't know why we were seated at one of the restaurant's worst tables when we had a reservation.

Déçu de la portion de calmars pour le prix. Surf & turf, la côte levée goûtait celle en boîte à l'épicerie & la guédille manquait d'assainissement.

Quiet tables for 2 people, very hard to get!
We had to sit at the bar, although we had a réservation for 2 at 6h15.

I made a reservation for 2 by mistake instead of 4. They were very accommodating to fit us in. Restaurant is very busy & the staff are excellent to get the meals, drinks, etc... out.

A coat rack would be nice. All the coats hanging on backs of chairs looks messy & takes away from the chicness.

J'ai rarement vu un restaurant avec autant de personnel, c'est flagrant comment le service semble important. C'était étourdissant tellement il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour ramasser.

C'est un point positif quand même :)

I don't particularly like when someone hovers over us the change the table over. Especially with the size of the restaurant the avaliable tables but the food was excellent.

We had eaten Lucille's food via door dash thru the pandemic, but last night was our first in person dining experience & Lucille's Fairview did not disappoint. The food was so delicious & cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional & attentive, & everyone was pleasant & very attentive, from the hostess to our waiter to the additional folks who helped clear the table as needed. Thank you for a great dining encounter we can't wait for our next visit,

La viande de mes cotes-levées goûtait le poisson. Les cotes-levées sont venu froide rapidement. J'ai choisi un dessert pour me dire qu'il n'était pas disponible. Première visite tres décevante.
