It was a great experience. Food was spot on. Service was fantastic. All in all a very enjoyable evening 🙂

Very slow service. Drink order taken after 20 minutes. Another 15 for food order. Mains came before appetizers but our server was gracious & made up for it by offer Complementary drinks & desserts on the house. All in all a good night & decent food. Great ambiance for the West Island!

Wanted to have Lobster Tails as my main dish but there were no more. Otherwise the wait staffer Annika was terrific as were the others who helped too

Our waitress was amazing , but then a fight broke out in front of us & it ruined the vibe. Doesn't matter how "great" of a customer they are , they should have been thrown out immediately after causing problems

Really nice lunch, with amazing food. Noise level was a bit high for relaxed conversation but overall the ambiance was great. Service was very slow, with many mistakes & meals being brought in as they were ready, with some people waiting too long for food. That part was below par, & the waitress didnt pay attention. Otherwise a great experience.

Everything was above expectation. My only suggestion is that I ordered a Campari & soda with the soda on the side & got maybe an ounce of Campari. Campari is not expensive give a decent pour! it started the meal off weird but everything else was amazing as was our waiter. (note when I mentioned the skimpy pour, he came back with some more, impressive.)

Steak was tough on outside yet rare inside, peppercorn sauce had a pudding like texture. Unfortunately, this location has been very inconsistent.

Very average food. Calamari was out of the bag. Tuna tartare, ok, but nothing great. Sea bass was drowned in bbq sauce & glued to the board with basic salad as a side. Clam chowder was better but could not decide what it wanted to be. Pleasant but rushed service. Lots of parking though ;)

Food was average, good but not great, elevated fast food.
My sea bass was beyond basic & not worth the price. Service was polite but rushed. Again more of a fast food vibe. Not sure I would go back. Oh & the music did not match the Lucilles "image". I felt like I was in a food court.

We felt we were rushed. We were a group of 5, so we were allowed to sit for 2.5 hours. But they served so fast that we had to leave in 1 hour 45 minutes.

Seated at the bar we had hoped for faster drink service but for some reason waited 40 minutes for our first drink. The apps arrived before our drinks.
Our drink orders were forgotten many times, as well as our dessert order.

Super bon service & très bonne ambiance. Par contre, la nourriture est correct, on s'attendait à de la meilleure qualité surtout pour le prix que nous avons payé.
