We went last friday. Service was one of the best I have had in a while. Drinks were decent, the rib steak was good, the premium Oysters were really good.The Pecan pie was meh (like it cooked too fast at a high temp, but not long enough so top & bottom was burnt but the middle was doughy. The price was expensive (but we were full & happy)

I have been to this location a least a dozen times since it's official open years back. As always, I am pleased with the food & the service. This time however, I noticed that the staff is predominantly young & at around 9h30, when table started clearing & there were only at least 4 tables left, staff members started to group around the bar, our water included & started enjoying rounds of drinks & shots. I;m all for rewarding hard work to staff members, but it seems a bit unprofessional when staff members are drinking while patrons are still on premises.
For the price you charge for lobster rolls you may want to consider not ruining them with the worst mayo that exists. As for the service after we received our meals I guess our server decided they were done with us because no one came by our table to even ask if we wanted another drink or absolutely anything until we requested the check. To give you perspective that's about an hour of being ignored.
The quality of my dinner was really bad. I had the roasted cauliflower & it was so oily that I couldn't eat it. Our server was lovely & caring but so busy that she never came back to check us after our food arrived. We could see that she was doing her best though. There were 6 of us & we were mostly disappointed that we chose this restaurant for our friends birthday. Drinks (wine & cocktails) we never replenished & we had to wait 45 mins after dinner for our coffee.

The 2 filet mignon were very good. The 2 strip sirloin were tough. Ceasar salad very good. Waitress was ok for drinks, main courses, but disappeared after we were finished. After 30mins waiting, we got someone to bring the bill, & went to Dairy Queen for dessert! We might go back, but not a first choice.
Date night with my wife. You go out to have a nice evening & you are in & out in 45 min!!! Not quite what we expected. The waitress took our order & drinks. We got our entrees before our drinks. you expect to get your drink enjoy your drink, chat & then get your entrees. As main course my wife ordered squid with greek salad. Everytime we go to Lucille's my wife takes this dish & the portions get smaller & smaller. Unfortunately Lucille's is not a place to go to enjoy an evening. They want you out ASAP. Sad to say this is a big turnoff. We don't get it this at the restaurant on the other side of the mall.
great food & drinks. Staff needs more experience, however they were very curious. Environment was quite noisy with music played louder than it should but overall fun place to be, maybe not for a business conversation.
Busy Wednesday night sat in the middle of heavy server traffic because we were only two. The server was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed & disinterested- came back for something I had really enjoyed yet this time was overly acidic both the side salad as well as the guacamole. Wasn't able to fully enjoy my food. Not good enough to return - teach your staff to accommodate - if I can't drink alcohol maybe suggest fun mocktail like other restaurants have done - there's no real point writing reviews this place doesn't care nor do they need my $150.
We waited very long for our drinks & the Gin Martini served was too strong. My friend couldn't drink it & the waitress never asked if there was anything wrong when she provided the bill & the drink was still full.
We went at Lucille's In Fairview this weekend & probably won't be going back anytime soon. The best service we received was when we sat down & the waiter brought us water & introduced himself. It went downhill from there. We asked for a few minutes to bring up the drink menu online. 15 minutes later we had to flag him down to order drinks & appetizers. We got the drinks from our waiter...that was the last thing we got from him. Someone else brought us our appetizers, no check in by the waiter to see if we needed anything. We decided to order a meal as well & after waiting, we had to ask someone to get our waiter back to order & once more, someone else brought those. The waiter NEVER came by to check on how we were doing, see if we needed anything, etc. He cleared the dishes when he saw we were done after walking by us for the 10th time, we asked for the bill & left. Easily the worst service we've had in a long time.
