Seated at the bar we had hoped for faster drink service but for some reason waited 40 minutes for our first drink. The apps arrived before our drinks.
Our drink orders were forgotten many times, as well as our dessert order.

We went for date night, made a reservation in advance, & yet still we were seated in the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. Our table was squeezed between two different parties, with barely enough room between tables to move to & from. Waiter's bottoms bumping into the edge of our table. We were practically seated on top of each other. In fact, in the middle of our meal, the waitstaff had to ask us to move our table in order to accommodate a new table being seated next to us to allow enough room for them to sit down. The tables were so close, half way through our meal, the table next to us started chatting with us.
Additionally, our waiter was very distracted, taking away our menus before we had ordered anything but drinks. If we hadn't already decided what we had wanted in advance, we would have had to request the menus again. We received our appetizers promptly, then proceeded to wait for what felt like ages for our entrees. We had to ask for dessert menus, & the bill, & to flag our waiter in order to pay. It was a disappointing experience given it was supposed to be a lovely meal, & despite having a reservation. I don't know why we were seated at one of the restaurant's worst tables when we had a reservation.

via LibroI made a reservation for 2 by mistake instead of 4. They were very accommodating to fit us in. Restaurant is very busy & the staff are excellent to get the meals, drinks, etc... out.
Comme j'aime bien le dire "Très belle découverte"! Nous y étions (groupe de 30) un mercredi & le resto était plein! Le service était fluide & nous nous somme même pas rendu compte que nous étions autant tellement ils sont efficaces. Service attentionné & le service est impeccable, tu demande une fois & ça arrive! Aucun oublis, pas besoin de répéter, aucun "niaisage". Qui fit centre d'achat dit Stationnement à profusion! ils peuvent accommoder les chaises roulantes, Bière sans alcool. via LibroThe music is brutally loud. We even asked if they could turn it down a bit & we were ignored. You cannot have a conversation at all. The girl convinced us to sit at the high tables in the bar, we are not 20 year olds headed for to bar, we went for a nice evening. We didn't bother to have a second round of drinks & skipped dessert & coffee. Just an expensive rushed dinner. Very very disappointing
Lucille's Fairview is a decent & good place to eat we came here on A Wednesday night. Pros: 1) The food here is absolutely alright & delicious. 2) Our waiter & Servers were kind & always positive. 3) Food was not too long to wait around 20-30 minutes. 4) The Cesar Salad was amazing & it had pickles in it & the dressing was the right amount. 5) The Lamb chops Hamburgers & The Lobster rolls that my we ate & shared are amazing & cooked well. 6 Atmosphere is very nice & it feels like a home. 7) Washrooms are unisex & clean. 8) They have a bar with drinks & a wine list. Cons: 1) Parking might be a challenge. 2) We had only one waiter & some were serving so if it's busy you may have less service. All in all I would come back here again in the near future because the food. Service & everything else were good & top notch. I would recommend you guys try & rate it yourselves.Voir plus

via LibroWe had a great experience, the service was great, the server was knowledgeable & even convinced the French members of our party to drink champagne out of wine glasses, she was wonderful & attentive. The food was delicious & we were so happy to have a place to celebrate on a Monday night!

via LibroQuantity & quality of food (lobster rolls) has decreased yet prices substantially increased, drink & food order were delayed due to mix ups, dessert (pecan pie) overpriced & unedible (where was the filling?). Waitress tried to helpful as possible.

We went last friday. Service was one of the best I have had in a while. Drinks were decent, the rib steak was good, the premium Oysters were really good.The Pecan pie was meh (like it cooked too fast at a high temp, but not long enough so top & bottom was burnt but the middle was doughy. via LibroI have been to this location a least a dozen times since it's official open years back. As always, I am pleased with the food & the service. This time however, I noticed that the staff is predominantly young & at around 9h30, when table started clearing & there were only at least 4 tables left, staff members started to group around the bar, our water included & started enjoying rounds of drinks & shots. I;m all for rewarding hard work to staff members, but it seems a bit unprofessional when staff members are drinking while patrons are still on premises.
via LibroFor the price you charge for lobster rolls you may want to consider not ruining them with the worst mayo that exists. As for the service after we received our meals I guess our server decided they were done with us because no one came by our table to even ask if we wanted another drink or absolutely anything until we requested the check. To give you perspective that's about an hour of being ignored.
via LibroThe quality of my dinner was really bad. I had the roasted cauliflower & it was so oily that I couldn't eat it. Our server was lovely & caring but so busy that she never came back to check us after our food arrived. We could see that she was doing her best though. There were 6 of us & we were mostly disappointed that we chose this restaurant for our friends birthday. Drinks (wine & cocktails) we never replenished & we had to wait 45 mins after dinner for our coffee.

via LibroThe 2 filet mignon were very good. The 2 strip sirloin were tough. Ceasar salad very good. Waitress was ok for drinks, main courses, but disappeared after we were finished. After 30mins waiting, we got someone to bring the bill, & went to Dairy Queen for dessert! We might go back, but not a first choice.
via LibroDate night with my wife. You go out to have a nice evening & you are in & out in 45 min!!! Not quite what we expected. The waitress took our order & drinks. We got our entrees before our drinks. you expect to get your drink enjoy your drink, chat & then get your entrees. As main course my wife ordered squid with greek salad. Everytime we go to Lucille's my wife takes this dish & the portions get smaller & smaller. Unfortunately Lucille's is not a place to go to enjoy an evening. They want you out ASAP. Sad to say this is a big turnoff. We don't get it this at the restaurant on the other side of the mall.
