The food was tremendous (the Kentucky style chicken was superb & the Tuna niçoise was fabulous). Lucille's red beer was a highlight for us. I'd recommend you avoid the cocktails, none were particularly tasty but everything else was lovely, will definitely go back.View more
View more
Strangely, it was not very busy for a Father's Day supper at 6pm. I was able to reserve a table for 4 just an hour before. Not a complaint to be able to get a table. Our waiter was good, the atmosphere was average, nothing spectacular. Perhaps we were early. Anyhow, we dined at Lucille's Tremblant & Lucille Laval many times. We felt both places were better than Fairview, even atmosphere wise. My kids both ordered the salmon tartare entree at 21$ each, which at the other locations, came with 1/2 boston lettuce. Here, there was none. I was going to ask but by the time the waiter pops over, my kids already finished the tartare. It was a small portion!!! The food, don't order the demi-snow crab appertizer. It was two tiny legs in a huge plate of ice for 27$ about. Not worth it. I had the steak frites for 35$ which I find it's good, but nothing spectacular to choose it over other places. We had to order the seafood linguini for the kids as they were still hungry. Overall, we spent ~250$ service included for a supper of 2 adults & two kids with two alcoholic drinks, a Shirley Temple & a Gingerale. Not a cheap meal. I should have gone to Kiku Monkland for sushi & probably have a better supper & experience for the same price.View more
Waiters like Alek at Lucille's Fairview make me believe that customer service isn't dead. Charming, attentive & personable. He really went above & beyond to make sure our party was having a good time between every sip & bite of the meal! Definitely would go back time & time again if he is the standard!View more
We had a great experience at Lucille's. The food was high quality, the service was excellent & the atmosphere great as well. The oysters & hot crab dip were delicious. The steak & seafood for the most part was excellent. Out of the 4 meals, the only disappointing thing was the lobster roll (lobster was excellently cooked, but the roll lacked flavour). The Lucille's bloody Caesar's, which we've had before & we're delicious, were just not up to the same quality last night (watery). Overall a good experience.View more

Wow is the word that comes to my mind when I am reflecting on our dining experience at Lucille's. The service was amazing, the food was out of this world & the ambiance was alive what could you ask for more? Pro-tip, ask for Lindsay & trust all her recommendations when it comes to food if this is your first visit or simply don't want to waste time reading the menu. The only thing that I must mention is the noise level but I am not deducting a star for that as it was our surrounding noises from other tables, some people forgot the indoor voices.View more
Our waiter, Alek, was outstanding. Gave us personalized service, pleasant & quite attentive. This was at Lucille's in Pointe Claire. The supportive staff were also amazing: i dropped my napkin & within 15 seconds it was picked up & i received a new one. Finished plates were removed promptly. The attention to detail was amazing. Highly impressedView more
I recently enjoyed the surf & turf at Lucille's in Fairview Pointe-Claire, & it was a fantastic dining experience! The lobster roll was packed with fresh, succulent lobster, & the ribs were tender, falling right off the bone with a rich, smoky flavor. The combination of seafood & barbecue was divine, showcasing the kitchen's ability to balance complex flavors. The service was impeccable-attentive & efficient, making the dining experience smooth & enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, making it a great place for a casual lunch or a special dinner. I highly recommend Lucille's to anyone in the Pointe-Claire area looking for a meal that's both delicious & memorable. It's definitely a place I look forward to visiting again!View more
So my second time to Lucille's in a few years . I decide to go try some of the oysters which were $1. Well I ordered 12 oysters which were ok nothing special but no one could tell me where they were from. I was there at around 4:30pm on a Tuesday pretty dead. I asked the supervisor manager lady & she didn't know only told me the premiums were from NB. I order 6 of the premium $21 . The guy that brought them didn't know where they were from but went back to ask & told me NB ( can't remember the name - Chapelle ?) . Not much of a size or taste difference to be perfectly honest & I eat a lot of oyster everywhere. I sat by the bar & felt like I was an afterthought maybe because I wasn't with large lucrative group? Anyhow $14 for a glass of Oyster bay Sauv Blanc which ok I'll say is the norm with prices these days . I would not recommend ordering premium oysters when they don't make much of a difference & cost $2.50 more . I'm reluctant to go back again when I visit Montreal.View more
My friends & I tried Lucilles for brunch & it was perfect for a girls day. We ordered a bellini tray for drinks & it was super cute & well presented. For food, we went with the taco tower, burrata & sourdough, & the black angus beef tartare. Everything was great & the service was awesome as wellView more
Alek just made our Lucille's experience the best we've had so far. We are Lucille's regulars & he has been the best server so far. We were 2 couples celebrating 2 birthdays & he made the night wonderful with his attention to detail, perfect service timing & great personality. The food ws also fantastic this evening! Thank you Alek!View more
Always a fun night out with friends at Lucille's. The food is good & the ambiance is great. I recommend trying the casaer salad, it's delicious!View more
The service is great, the food was ok I think the Lucille's in Laval is better. The food is much more tasty. I would recommend trying to use the same amount of spices they do. But I love Lucille's it's my go to place.View more
Mixed bag Lucilles is a beautiful restaurant, the food is delicious the atmosphere is great & the service is well ... its ok . we have been going at least once a week since the opening to this location. It truly is a mixed bag on each time for service, some servers are more attentive then others on our specific turn around this time it was a special occasion where we arrived with someone who was mobility reduced & had reserved a table a week in advance to make sure we would be comfortable & when we arrived we were surprised that the table we reserved was taken with no explanation or substitute so that was a huge bummer so we were sat next to a table of children on the side , our server also forgot some of our drinks we ordered & sides so we constantly had to remind them which got to be a little bit of a chore. Nonetheless the food was good but we were overall dissatisfied with the service & thats not nothing. Food we have had from Lucilles so far : All the lunch platters only available in the afternoon . The mango margaritas & Lagers on tap The calamari & specialty oysters Food we look forward to trying: The Aged steak set & what we hope changes the next time we go around: Honouring of reservations especially if its a special occasion & a bit of extra care & attention from the front of house staff .View more
I have been well over 20 times to Lucille's Monkland & Dix30 - never had any issues actually always really enjoyed. Second time to Fairview location; first was average; this time not the best. There was a huge hair on my plate. The waitress apologized & changed my french fries & mayo. No apology from the manager. When paying for 2 people in excess of $200 I think more than changing french fries is in order. Won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.View more
Lucilles has been on my restaurant bucket list since I saw the location was set to open in Pointe Claire years ago. The service was incredible. From the hostess greeting all the way to the cheque, the staff was present, attentive without being intrusive, fast & friendly. We were left to our conversations but never left looking for another cocktail or other service. Sadly, the food was extremely disappointing. A dozen premium oysters lacked any sort of brininess that they're known for. Accompanied by 2 slim lemon slices & dry horseradish. Clam chowder lacked seasoning & the cubed potatoes were undercooked & crunchy. Six calamari rings were nearly $20 & had so much snap to them. Lastly salmon tartare which was billed as "Asian-style", was fresh & firm but lacked any sort of flavoring, served with a head of iceberg lettuce cut in half, with dirt between the leaves & crispy rice noodles that had potential but also had no seasoning of flavor to them. Both other people at the table ordered steaks which were served on wood cutting boards, which were cracked so leaked juices on to the table. I had such high expectations for this experience & I was incredibly let down. I hugely appreciate the level of service that we received but in seeking a great dining experience, I think this Lucilles' location majorly missed the mark.View more
Family Saturday Night! You must reserve even for the bar seating. Staff service is friendly, quick & respectful. Very noisy, if you want a quiet place it is not for you! The bar tender could have done a better job for the Bloody Cesar mix ratios. The food quality is impeccable though. Rich menu with plenty of choices. Prices are high yet reflect the elegance. You will be surprised with their Salade Lucille.View more
Very disappointed in our experience.
Food overpriced for what you get.
Seating sucked. They rush you out of there. For the price you pay I expected to have a nice comfortable & delicious meal. That isn't the case at Lucille's!
1st time at Lucilles & we were impressed! The oysters were beautifully presented, the seafood pasta was delicious (plentiful grilled seafood & a spicy cream sauce), & the tiramisu was fresh. The service was friendly & attentive.View more
We were at our table a solid 15 minutes before a drink order was taken. The waiter was super nice though. The food was SO good! At a point the music was way too loud. We were only 5 of us & we could barely hear ourselves. This is probably main only consistent issue with Lucille's.
The music is so loud it literally starts giving me anxiety. & because it's so loud everyone is almost yelling at eachother all around you so then it just becomes even more loud.
The service was A1! I do love the ambiance of Lucille's Fairview. Haven't been to any others. What I am appalled at is the price & quantity of your drinks. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio, not knowing it cost $15.00/glass, not on menu, had to scan , blah, blah. When the wine came, it was actually tasteless & there was approximately 1 inch of wine in the glass. Atrocious.
This is a re-review of this new Lucille spot. When I first came, their dollar oysters were paper thin. They were essentially worthless. Now, I find them to be better, more thick, & more substantial. The taste isn't anything to celebrate but for the price I'm satisfied. For a high-priced bar, I would expect them to be able to freeze a large cube of ice & serve a Negroni the right way. Not with mere ice cubes, but with a substantial cube that melts over time, providing a Negroni experience as it was meant to be enjoyed. They still only have small cubes, the same as you get at your local dive bar. Why did I pay for something nice, but was served something you expect at the local pool hall down the street? I honestly wanted to give 3 stars as I did previously, but this time I tried their beef tartare which was truly amazing. The service was also quick & the bartender properly identified a bourbon I chose to pair with my dish. So, overall, they have left me impressed & adequately satisfied. However, it is inexcusable to charge exorbitant prices & serve cocktails with ice cubes. Such a simple solution (freezing large cubes) yet they ignore it for reasons I cannot fathom.View more
First time to Lucille's for me. What a great restaurant & bar. We had oysters & steak & great wine. Super all of it! We were handled by Matthew very professionally & with charm. Thanks 🙏
Service from Kristina was amazing unfortunately my steak was no where near up to the normal standard that Lucilles offers
I go to Lucille's specifically for oysters, since there isn't many places you can go for them. I got there & waited for the rest of my party, by the time they got there we waited 15 minutes to be served & be taken our orders. Because of the time limit put on our table this gave me a lot of stress. When we got our food my oysters never came & when I asked the waitress & just told her to cancel them (since I wouldn't finish them at that point & can't take 18 oysters home) she sighed & walked away with an attitude. As someone who works in service I am not one to complain & understand that when you're stressed it's hard to filter a reaction, but some kind of compensation would have been great. Not even an apology or anything to help me enjoy my experience at the restaurant which should be the manager's main priority. I was still polite & left a good tip, I understand but I am disappointed with my experience.
Ambiance was amazing. Our waiter took great care of us. Thank you to manager Emilio for ensuring we all have a good time. Happy new year to the Lucille's team!
Lucille is a great West Island restaurant. Quality of the food great. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
Food was average, good but not great, elevated fast food.
My sea bass was beyond basic & not worth the price. Service was polite but rushed. Again more of a fast food vibe. Not sure I would go back. Oh & the music did not match the Lucilles "image". I felt like I was in a food court.
