We meet clients from overseas for a factory visit & we choose this one which is 5 minutes drive from our hotel.
A party of 5 ordered some appetizers including Beef Tatar, Tuna Tatar, & Roasted Cauliflowers. Entres include a Fillet Mignon for 2, a Lobstar Rolls, a Wood Burn Chicken.
Everything is wonderful especially the steak & Beef Tatar; except the tuna & the chicken as the'wood burning chicken' is 4 small pieces of chicken breast grill on a piece of wood & not the wood grill half or whole chicken, BAD! & the Tuna Tatar could not even find more than a few small pieces of fish… Avoid.
The derive is very good but the tables are tight…
Très déçue à cause que ma femme à changé sa frite, pour une purée de pomme de terre avec sont steak, & ils nous ont chargé 10$ extra pour la purée de pomme de terre, nous trouvons ça très exagéré quand l'assiette coûte déjà 40$....
Just came back from here & can barely move. I am so stuffed. Had the bang bang shrimps, & they kicked off the food party with a bang. It came with a red cabage coleslaw, which the wife enjoyed, but I didn't due to the sesame oil that was sprinkled on. Washed all that down with Lucille's IPA, a light IPA that was easy to drink.
Had the chateaubriand steak plate for 2 with my wife. Sides of cheesy mashed patatoes & fries. The steak was too die for. Done to perfection, cooked exactly how we requested. Mashed patatoes wow.....& here comes the only negative thing I have to say. The fries are McCain shoestring fries. If I were the chateaubriand steak, I would have been insulted being placed beside those fries. I brought this up to the waiter who was awesome, & he agreed that the fries were sub-par but that other customers enjoyed them. I understand bro you gotta protect the brand.
A suggestion to the chef or whoever decides what fries to put out. Maybe consider quality steak cut fries with a pinch of seasoning on top.
All in all, I will be going back for sure. I will just avoid the fries.
Mon conjoint a bien aimer son assiete de pate & fruit de mer. Il a aussi bien aimer les huitres en entrer. Par contre, mon steak etait froid! Asser froid que la rondelle de beurre sur le steak a jamais fondue. Donc, steak & beurre froid. La sauce au poivre en ajout, aussi etait froide.
Les frites, tres chaude, & bonne.
Le service etait tout de meme vraiment bien. Service super rapide. Il faut manger & partir. On se sent rusher un peu!
L`ambiance est super bien. Le restaurant est propre.
Malgrer la nourriture froide, nous avons eu du bon temps!
Incredible food! We have been 3 times & each time it was outstanding food & service. We always get the steak for 2 people; it is presented on a big wooden board. Great portions for us, we are stuffed! Must try the peppercorn sauce or the mushrooms in peppercorn sauce to go with the steak…hmmmm, yum!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lucille's, & I must say their Entrecôte steak was absolutely exceptional-perfectly cooked, tender, & full of rich flavor. The quality of the meat & the care put into its preparation truly stood out. The ambiance was inviting, & the service was attentive, making for a memorable dining experience. However, I was a bit disappointed by the cost. At over $100 per person without alcohol(sparkling water only) , the price felt quite steep, especially considering it was for a single main course & side dish. While the quality was undeniable, I expected a bit more value for the price point. Overall, Lucille's delivers on taste & atmosphere, but be prepared for a premium bill.
Nous avons commandé un grand plateau de fruits de mer, & c'était excellent, comparable à chez Julie au havre. Mon conjoint a commandé un steak New York & était excellent, la cuisson parfaite! Nous avons été servi par Karine, excellent service sur tous les points, très enthousiaste, & de bon conseils! Un excellent service! Je ne connaissais pas ce resto, je ne m'attendais pas à rien de particulier, mais j'ai été vraiment surprise positivement sur tout! Je le recommande vraiment!
Nous aimons bien ce restaurant & y allons souvent. La plupart des mets au menu sont savoureux; par contre hier, nous avons été un peu déçues de la cuisson des viandes commandées pour la première fois (côtelettes d'agneau & steak)
Repas délicieux steak excellent. Dispendieux mais sûrement dû à l'inflation.Nous avons pris des steaks filet mignons & cuits comme on l'a demandé c'est-à-dire saignant. Service impeccable sont venu souvent si tout était ok par contre côté ambiance musique trop fort on ne s'attendait pas parlé.
Me & my husband went for anniversary & this place has amazing food & they all spoke English, the steak is to dye for. the only recommendation I would have is please start a restaurant in Sherbrooke, Que. Please so we don't have to drive so far. Other than it's a must go place to eat. Very satisfied
Great little restaurant. Not terribly easy to get a reservation for more than 4 people, but the meals, service & ambiance were all great. Specializing in seafood, they also have great steaks & some of the best ribs on the South Shore. Located next to several other restaurants makes parking difficult, at best.
My partner & I dined here on Saturday August 10 around 6:30PM. The place was bustling - hard to find parking nearby, we had to go underground in the free parking lot. Luckily, we did not need a reservation, there were still some free tables. We were seated right away. This restaurant has a nice terrace area & outdoor seating, it is very spacious. We noticed that the doors to the outside were open the whole time, so the temperature inside was not very cool. Decor is modern, simplistic, dark. Almost like tavern style. The lighting is dim & atmosphere very loud. They have beautiful bathrooms with individual stalls & very large sinks, you control the flow with a foot pedal. Food wise - We ordered a large ribeye type steak served with fries which was $59 & a surf & turf plate which consisted of a lobster roll, ribs & fries, this was $39. I wish Lucille's offered complimentary bread or something to start with like other restaurants do, but there wasn't any of that. Everything is an extra. Most main meals don't even come with sides so those are added costs. My partner recently dined at the Pointe Claire Fairview location & said he had a much better experience there. The food was tastier, more seasoned & cooked well. The steak here wasn't as tender - there were lot of fatty bits that were inedible. He tasted my ribs & said they were "off". I didn't have much to compare it to, it was my first time & I did enjoy the ribs & lobster roll - they were flavorful, but the roll itself was quite small. I was expecting a more generous portion considering the price. You do get a lot of fries at least, these will fill you up. They are small shoestring type fries - a bit too crispy for my liking. I didn't like that they placed the fries directly under the ribs so these were all coated in bbq sauce & soggy by the time I got to them. We did not opt for any special drinks or desserts- these were in the $15-$20 range, overpriced & unnecessary if you had a full meal. When came time to pay, I had Lucilles gift cards which seemed to cause some confusion or problem with our server. He wasn't able to access the funds & had to ask for help & come back 2 or 3 times to scan the cards. This was a bit embarassing, made us feel like it was a big hassle & having other patrons look at us like our cards were rejecting when there was nothing wrong wasn't the best experience. Combined service, food, atmosphere & pricing, it was an average experience. Nothing that made us say wow, so likely won't be back at this location.
Decent food, a little pricey, very attractive staff. Asked for crispy fries in my steak frites order, the waitress told me that she would request it but no guarantees that it would be done. It was not. I must recommend a dish in order to post this message, I will choose the cheeseburger even though I did not have it.
The food is usually good, but unfortunately I got a bad night. The octopus was a bit too cooked & the flank steak was very "elasticity" - I'll be going back but probably won't be ordering the steak anymore ...

My first beer was flat, the server added a different wine in my wifes half full wine glass, my steak was over cooked.Over all it seemed that the server had too many tables to serve us propperly.
We ate here for the first time in February 2024. We ordered the ribsteak & the surf & turf. The food was good but not worth $56 for a steak & some fries. The lobster roll was ok & the ribs were maybe a 7 out of 10 for $38 it was more reasonably priced. Although they did not fall of the bone like other restaurants. They wanted $4 for some pepper sauce...the pricing is really outrageous. The atmosphere is nice & the volume was good. The front door makes a high pitched squeeky sound when you open it & when i mentioned it to the greeter, she basically said "ok..." & ignored me. We had to ask random staff to clear our empty plates as our waiter chatted with some friends, 7 feet away. & he didn't seem too interested in serving us as he walked by & acted like he was checking on us but left our obviously empty plates on the table. He only came to clear the table after another staff member in a sport coat pointed it out & removed him from his group of friends. All in all for the price, & the lack of service there are plenty of better options...

Je suis allez mangez chez Lucille au Dix30 quelques fois surtout pour le Steak 16 onces & il étais toujours bon mais cette fois pas mangeables beaucoup de nerfs à $56.CHAQUE pour moi & mon frère surtout que je l'invitait pour sa fête & que je vantais Lucille pour la qualité des Steak, donc je ne crois que je n'y retournerai pas. Très déçu

Mon steak est arrivé température pièce & cela m'a un peu déçu étant donné le montant que j'ai dû payer pour mon assiette ... L'ambiance reste toutefois chaleureuse & nous avons reçu un bon service à la clientèle.
