A passionate chef and member of our team since November 2021, Nicolas You is the Executive Chef at the Marriott Château Champlain Hotel. Originally from France, he moved to Quebec in 2017, where he fell in love with Quebec culture and flavors. His ambition is to showcase local products and traditions while adding his own creative touch. For Nicolas, cooking here means celebrating Quebec's richness and identity through every plate.

Buffet copieux & nourriture de grande qualité. Assez dispendieux, mais pour un brunch ou événement spécial c'est un must. Manque quelque peu d'ambiance, mais sommes toutes excellent !
