Looks can be deceiving
You walk in Hostess is kind, it looks top notch
But it goes down hill from there
It's 9:43 you just came back from an amazing show the lady says you have 2 mins to order
The manager is upset (why did the host say it was fine to order kitchen last order is 9:45)
Great but the order is in
You sit you speak French cause you are in fact French but the waiter with thick French accent will only respond in English

The food comes husband ask waiter what is in this dish pointing at where sour cream should be waiter says I have no idea let me check comes back 3-5 mins later says oh sir that the cream cheese

Well I grab a menu & see it's blue cheese which my husband hates with a passion
He's already put it in his mouth
Waiter reply idk

Ok focaccia comes out looks like burnt toast as I'm eating my delicious duck confit poutine
I tell the First Lady this isn't focaccia its dry & burned she says eat it & I won't charge you anything
I said I don't want something for free really but she insists saying just eat it I won't charge you
So I agree with not charging cause we will not it or enjoy this

The waiter comes insist on bringing the oil he forgot for it , I don't want it it's been 10 mins the burned toast are cold I will not enjoy so manager comes & say this is the focaccia I ask does it always look like this she & waiter say that they have no idea

Get the bill & they still charged for it
We didn't want it
& we left it on table still tipped as it's the principle of the matter but definitely will not go or recommend this restaurant I will add two pictures what we got & what we expected you be the judge

Wow, I absolutely loved the service, especially Graziano, atmosphere, & food 😍! The côte de boeuf had an absolutely stunning flavor-it's truly blasting my taste buds! I just closed my eyes to savor it. This place definitely exceeded my expectations!

At first glance, it seemed like there weren't many options, but it actually offers a wide variety of high-quality choices. By the way, I didn't even add any sauce to the côte de boeuf-it tastes amazing on its own!

A true high-class chef, with an environment far better than RH (wannabe). The service is on another level too. Highly recommended!

J'étais déjà venue pour le souper que j'avais adoré.
Des plats copieux avec des ingrédients de qualité. & une carte variée.

Me voici revenue pour le brunch à volonté & je suis encore conquise.
Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable.
Un choix varié de produits frais & adaptés à tous les régimes alimentaires.
Des oeufs, du saumon, du poulet, des sandwichs, des salades... Des gâteaux proposés par le pâtissier, des viennoiseries, des fruits frais, un beau choix de sirop d'érable pour accompagner pancakes & gaufres.

Un service excellent en salle.

Nous sommes venus brunch samedi pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. C'était super. La nourriture était très bonne & le service génial ( Mention spéciale a l'agent 006, elle se reconnaîtra)
Les deux seuls points négatifs étaient le faite qu'ils n'étaient pas près à 11h & un peu déçu de la partie traiteur nous nous attendions a des choux fourrés & non des chouquettes ...
Malgrés cela nous recommandons & nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

J'ai découvert le Lloyd sur recommandation, & je ne peux que passer le mot. La cuisine est excellente, le service très agréable sans compter sur l'élégance de ce lieu. Les alcôves offrent une ambiance intime très agréable. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

J'ai célébré mon anniversaire à votre restaurant avant 12h. C'était calme & presque personne au buffet lorsque nous servons. Je recommande fortement. Les seuls points à améliorer sont des tables plus solides pour la prix du service, mettre poivre/salière aux tables, napperons sous les assiettes afin d'éviter de salir toute la table.
Les toilettes sont à l'extérieur, en face (le logo est visible). Celles-ci sont très belles & propre.

Je me suis rendu en cloque pour un brunch avec des amis & je recommande les plats sont super bons, tous les produits sont frais & bien présentés. L'accueil est très chaleureuse. & le service est parfait. JE RECOMMANDE
