Lloyd offers a memorable dining experience characterized by a beautiful atmosphere and a wide variety of high-quality food, particularly during its popular brunch service. Many guests appreciate the extensive selection of dishes, ranging from fresh salads and savory meats to delicious desserts, noting that the buffet is often a highlight for celebrations and special occasions. While experiences with the buffet consistency and service speed can vary, the staff members are frequently praised for their attentive, warm, and professional demeanor, with several visitors highlighting the exceptional, humorous, and personalized service that significantly enhances their visit.
At the beginning of the new year, it is our tradition to eat an ´all-you-can-eat' meal, & we hope for an all-you-will-have . There will be miracles if there is hope in life. Lloyd's all you can eat brunch on Jan 1, limited time 90 minutes, 89$/person, lobsters, shrimps, oysters, steaks, etc., a lot of choices ,I'm just afraid the stomach is not enough to hold.If you missed it this year, please book in advance next year.(Jan 1,2025) I am here for brunch buffet (11am-2pm), one of the best buffet restaurants in MTL, old-school & classic, it never fails.,Very good deal to eat a lot of steak & fresh smoked salmon !(may 5,2024) For 90 minutes breakfast , all you can eat & drink. It's a great taste !(Mar 17, 2024)
Went at around 10am & order a la carte. An incredibly mediocre & cold eggs Benedict (the potatoes were nice at least). The server was friendly but service was slow. Overall, lacking & I'm unsure why this place is so popular. If you're easily impressed by a buffet of cold cuts & pastries this is the place for you. Save your money.
We had ( 3 people ) had made the reservation 1 month ago for Christmas brunch on Christmas Day. Our reservation was for 1 pm . With 2 hostesses working , we still had to wait 20 minutes for a seat ( if you can call it a seat ). We were seated on 3 high stools next to a party of 4 (very cafeteria style) very far from the buffet . Every conversation could be heard . The food was incredible looking but lacked the details to make it great. There was lobster , but it was overcooked & rubbery . Desserts were very dry & not much to choose from . A lot were inedible because it tasted very old . Our waiter was great though , & the pasta too. The hostesses looked overwhelmed even though it wasn't that full . There were beautiful seating but for some reason they decided to to seat us on stools , despite us being dressed up . Lots of potential , but I was very disappointed . Try opening up a lobster while seated on a stool elbow to elbow with strangers.

the sunday brunch had overall very tasty pastries & savoury foods, but i felt like there weren't many options to choose from, especially for the price you pay. since the fees for the buffet were quite pricey, i would've expected a bit more of a selection. though, the food was very delicious & perfect for a brunch, i particularly enjoyed the pastries they were serving that day.
The food is very good but the service.. the worst!!! I reserved for 2:30 for brunch as it was the only available time left only to be told by 2 very snobby hostesses that the buffet closes at 3pm! The reservation never mentions this. The price should be reduced at that time .. how can I get my money's worth in 30minutes? No one ever came to serve us drinks, we had to run after everything & wait an eternity to get it. I do not recommend this place just for that. We were not treated appropriately. The waitress then says she had to leave so we had to pay. She actually didn't leave she just wanted us out... What a farce.
Family of five ate here over Christmas Holiday in 2022. We enjoyed their absolutely spectacular brunch buffet WITH bottomless mimosas. I have never seen a better buffet in all my nearly 50 years. Astoundingly good. Fresh lobster. Oysters. Shrimp. Asian dumplings. Lamb. Ham. Roast beef. Beef Wellington. Charcuterie. Pastries. Desserts... ugh - still full.
