The food is great, their prices are affordable & the ingredients are fresh, the meats were especially nice. Love that you can customize how spicy the broth is. However the service wasn't great. They're friendly & polite, but really slow to come speak to you. The food comes out fast, but we waited a long time to place an order, then almost an hour for the bill.Voir plus

We had a group of 4 last night, & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. One of my friends, who had never tried Chinese hotpot before, even gave it a 10/10.
There are plenty of options in every category-meats, seafood, & vegetables-& the variety of soup bases is impressive. We also loved the small buffet station & the separate area with an extensive selection of dipping sauces.
The service was outstanding. The manager, Bo Hao (I believe that's his name), was incredibly friendly & patient, even as we kept placing additional orders. Thanks to the help of their adorable robot, our food always arrived at lightning speed!

We came to Montreal with our teen kids & went here on a whim. It was amazing. Our server was fantastic. She walked us through everything & gave us great recommendations. She was so kind & accommodating. We had such a blast & spent the whole 2 hour limit chatting & eating. The food was amazing. My son ate so much of the baby octopus legs! Highly recommend!Voir plus
