Au restaurant Les Pyrénées de Montréal, nous avons apprécié une entrée à partager avec des calmars frits croustillants & une sauce relevée, accompagnés de légumes grillés & de petites bouchées savoureuses. Le plat principal, un filet de maquereau du jour, était parfaitement cuit, avec un pesto frais & des légumes croquants. Le service, très agréable & attentionné, a rendu l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Un repas simple & bien exécuté, avec un accueil chaleureux.

The vegetarian lasagna tasted good though perhaps slightly too creamy. It was a good mix of sauce, cheese, & vegetables. The salad that accompained was perfectly dressed & allowed the vegetables to really show for themselves. The orange sponge cake with dark chocolate sauce & raspberry sauce on the side was a tasty dessert. The cake was soft & moist. You could really taste the orange but it was not overpowering. The dark chocolate sauce provided a good balance between the citrus of the orange & bitter sweetness of the dark chocolate. Would recommend

SUCH A FIND! stumbled upon this gem while we were strolling around at night. Our server was wonderful & the beef cheeks I had were delicious! I loved the sauce they had for the breadbasket so yummy I had to ask for the recipe so I can make it at home.

The rustic decor, combined with a cozy, intimate setting, creates the perfect backdrop for a special celebration. The staff were attentive & knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with ease & ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. **Appetizer & Wine:** We started our meal with a classic appetizer of dip & bread, perfectly paired with a bottle of Bodegas Aroa Le Naturel Navarra wine. The dip was creamy & flavorful, & the bread was fresh & warm, setting a high standard for the dishes to follow. The wine, with its rich & robust flavors, complemented the appetizer beautifully. **Main Courses:** For our main course, we indulged in two exquisite dishes: 1. **Twelve Hours Braised Lamb:** The lamb, slow-cooked to perfection, was incredibly tender & flavorful. Accompanied by spinach with roasted almonds & a delicate thyme sauce, each bite was a harmonious blend of textures & tastes. The roasted almonds added a delightful crunch, & the thyme sauce elevated the dish to new heights. 2. **Rotinis with Chicken & Chorizo:** This dish was a vibrant medley of flavors & colors. Le service est impeccable. Les serveurs sont attentionné & sert le vin/eau tout de suite. La bouffe est bonne. J'ai bien aimé mon entrée de Tian d'aubergine. Ma paella végé manquait un peu de goût je trouvais. Le dessert était délicieux. On a reçu une baguette avec une sauce à base de tomate & a la fin un mini-verre de vin de dessert (gratuitement) qui étaient très appréciés pour le temps des fêtes :)
