I recently had the pleasure of dining at Les Insulaire - Microbrasserie, & I can confidently say it was amazing. It changed a lot from the time I went. My first & second time were a disappointment a couple years ago. But now, I had a good experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly & professional staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance was delightful, with tasteful decor & a cozy atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable evening. The food I took was incredible, as long as you stay away from the poutine. Every dish that graced my table was a work of art, beautifully presented & bursting with incredible flavors. The attention to detail was evident, from the meticulously crafted appetizers to the impeccably cooked main courses. With attentive & knowledgeable staff who went above & beyond to ensure a seamless dining experience. The beverage selection was equally impressive, with an extensive beer list. It was off the chart. Overall, they exceeded all my expectations & left me wanting more. A big change from the first time I went. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This is our second time visiting! We love their beer & the food was amazing! Perhaps it's a consequence of going through the COVID restrictions but it felt a bit tight between tables. The background music was great! It was just a bit loud at times & it was difficult to hear & to talk to each other. We will definitely visit again though! It's worth it.
Food was great,I had the octopus dish which was delicious. Wine is a little pricing for what looked like 3 ozs of wine in a small glass. I don't drink beer but my husband enjoyed their IP beer. Katrina served us & she was pleasant & accommodating, she made the evening fun with her sense of humour & catering to our every needs. Will definitely go back.

Amazing place. The food is delicious, the beer is delicious, the atmosphere is great, the decor is fantastic. Great terrace. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this place.
