I reserved online & requested a quiet area because my mother is hard of hearing. When we arrived, the hostess gave us a choice of seats, & the area we chose was a smaller alcove which was indeed pleasantly quiet. The food was delicious (salmon in a green curry sauce, salad with duck, another salad with seared tuna). The service was attentive, & we had a wonderful family evening!Voir plus
I wanted to take the time to actually review the place & give feedback. Your burgers were exceptional & the salads around it as well & decently priced. Now what I don't get is why do three table spoons of artichoke dip cost more than a plate of burger & served with refried pita chips. Do yourself a favor & tell your chef not to refry already fried pita chips from Costco, it won't make them more fresh. You charge 30 dollars for it, get some fresh crackers (not stale like they were) to serve with it. They were not fresh, soggy & oily. Not the look the restaurant is probably going for. On another note, your duck salad needs to be a bit more appealing as well. Make it at least in a big nice bowl, serve it differently, add a bit of color to it...some work to do for sure. Food was food, nothing to write home about. Rigatoni was bland; sauce could use improving, especially needs salt. Caesar salad...meh. Romaine arrived warm on the plate, which made soggy greens mixed with the dressing. Chicken was well cooked & juicy. Dressing also lacked salt. Drinks were good. Very loud, couldn't hear ourselves talk let alone hear ourselves think. Waited a while for everything from service to drinks; not enough wait staff? Resto was crowded at noon on Thursday. & what is with the 1980's tacky fake leaves on the ceiling? Come on! Seriously? Find some stylish/artistic lighting/ceiling decor. It's almost 2025, those leaves HAVE to go. We won't be back, not impressed with anything.Voir plus
Nous avons été superbement servis & la nourriture était excellente. Loup-de-mer : cuit juste ce qu'il faut, très bien préparé & assaisonné. Une salade d'endives au fromage bleu, excellente wow Nous revenons toujours avec grand plaisir, d'autant plus que nous sommes dans le quartier. Merci à tous au resto!Voir plus
have been to this restaurant before at the Outremont location several times & has always been consistent , Living on the south shore we decided to take the family for supper at the L'ile de Soeurs location, first impression was nice location near the water & nice looking restaurant, we decided to order a few entrees Calamari & crab that was ok at the very best but greasy & chewy "not the end of the world", while waiting for our main course & swatting several flies our order arrived quit quickly "mind you the restaurant was empty" simply said.......................everything looked old, salad was rusty & wilted, my daughters burger was tiny & the bread was so hard she could not eat it, my wife's main course salad was a pile of old lettuce with what looked like poached chicken with grill marks to say it was grilled, fries were all differently cooked clearly fried & reheated several times & so on so on it was clear the restaurant was quiet understanding that this time of year it is definitely much more quite for restaurants however the clients that come through the door should not have to accept lessor quality. Service was ok ,not ounce did the waiter ask if everything was ok ! after this experience not sure if i would return to any of there locations.Voir plus

Service impeccable attentionné courtois.
Rush & chop très bon. La salade avait baigné trop longtemps dans sa vinaigrette .
Nous allons retourner encore clés certaines.
Salad was soggy, way too much vinaigrette, the burger very basic, they didn't shuck the oysters properly & they were not very tasty.Voir plus

J'ai été dîné avec ma conjointe. La présente évaluation ne compte que pour moi. J'ai essayé à nouveau votre Fish & Ships. Encore déçu. Pas à la hauteur de ce plat préparé par d'autres franchisés. Trois morceaux de morue dont 2 très très petits, ceux-ci étant composés d'ailleurs de plus de chapelure que de morue. Cette fois-ci, je n'ai pas signalé ma déception sur réception du plat, comme je l'ai déjà fait. Incorrigible. Dommage, car le service est excellent.
Ma conjointe a beaucoup aimé son steak-salade (au lieu des frites )

The place is getting worse every day in terms if food quality. We have ordered fries, apart from other things, & we ended up with several portions of burned, overcook ones, impossible to eat! Also, we understand the need to stand out & be creative but to the point where the Ceasar salad was brought on a plater, the whole iceberg salad uncut, is too much. We wanted to really ask the chef to come to the table & demonstrate how you can eat that thing, but we did not want to further ruin our evening.
Bottom line, if hungry, no longer a place to go! The food was never great but now us just terrible!
We told the waiter that the fries were burnt & his response was amazing: Yes, I noticed that!
Really, then why you choose to bring those to the table nevertheless? Well ... because that's the spirit these days: not my problem, I don't care! Pathetic!
via LibroMa conjointe a trouvé dans sa salade qui accompagnait son tartare de saumon, une pellicule de plastique ! ! ! Heureusement la serveuse a été d'une grande gentillesse en s'excusant plusieurs fois. Le repas de ma conjointe a été crédité mais cela demeure une erreur inacceptable ! Merci toutefois pour la réaction du personnel à cette erreur de cuisine. Gilles
via LibroNous avons passé une très belle soirée. Repas délicieux. Steak/frites: la cuisson de la viande était parfaite. Salade César: même en demie portion c'était généreux. La carte des vins est très variée.
