It's good to see the most recent reviews are favourable. Unfortunately our experience yesterday wasn't. We stopped by for a late lunch - meaning the lunch rush was just about over. My wife has severe gluten & dairy intolerances. This was explained in detail to the waitress prior to making a selection. My wife decided on the burger but asked that they not include the bun or the cheese. She also ordered a side-dish of olives. Her burger arrived *with* cheese, no pickles (which she asked for) & I had to remind the person delivering the food her order of olives. The burger had to be returned to the kitchen. I also ordered the burger but asked for no onions. It arrived *with* onions. Both burgers were borderline undercooked but we didn't mind too much.
When the bill arrived we had yet another surprise. Dishes ordered at a neighbouring table were added to our bill. There were two additional chicken sandwiches in addition to our two burgers. So we received a bill for four meals. It's very disappointing that a lack of attention to detail derailed our experience. At minimum the waitress should have inspected the dishes before they were served to ensure the dietary restrictions were met & she should have definitely inspected the bill to ensure it was accurate before presenting it to us. Very disappointed.

J'ai eu le bonheur de visiter Les Enfants Terribles à deux reprises la semaine passée, pour un dîner & un souper, & je dois dire que chaque visite a été une véritable célébration du Québec estival. La terrasse, avec sa vue imprenable & son ambiance vibrante, est tout simplement le spot incontournable de l'été.
L'accueil est toujours chaleureux, à l'image de l'hospitalité québécoise, & le service est hors pair. On se sent tout de suite bien, pris en charge, & choyé. Côté cuisine, les plats du jour mettent en valeur nos produits locaux avec audace & raffinement - un vrai festin à chaque bouchée.
Sans compter la vue & l'ambiance fantastique - 5 étoiles à chaque fois - c'est vraiment un plaisir de revenir encore & encore. C'est devenu ma destination numéro un pour profiter des belles soirées d'été en famille, entre amis ou pour un lunch d'affaires.
J'ai déjà hâte de découvrir le nouveau menu à venir, qui promet d'être inspirant & savoureux, dans une ambiance toujours aussi conviviale & raffinée.
Bravo à toute l'équipe des Enfants Terribles - vous faites de chaque visite une expérience unique & mémorable, digne des meilleurs endroits où j'ai pu aller. 🌟

Very friendly staff, I was planning on just having a coffee & tks to waiter suggestions ended up having sugar shack special menu.
Risotto bacon & pea soup it was delicious 😋 Lunch rush started around 12:15, got very busy nice ambiance

We went on time & booked a few days in advance & were initially given a spot near the door, then a spot near a pillar, then a spot near a window at our request. Very anxious to take away plates, took away my plate & knife & fork without consulting me & went back & forth several times asking if we were finished (there were plenty of appetisers & food on the table. Wouldn't have offered to refill the water at all if I hadn't asked. We felt seriously disturbed & kept coming over to take away plates with lots of food still on them, & the time we were there wasn't very busy, there were still plenty of places inside. This behaviour, made us very uncomfortable. with 3 adults & a 9 year old, we spent over $200 CAD for lunch & had to tip. But, very unpleasant dining experience. Can't understand it.
Food was boring. Oysters small & not fresh. Menu font size reduced to very small for no apparent reason. We used to lunch there every week bot haven't been now for a long time. Not going for dinner there anymore. $500+ check wasted money..
I was here for a business lunch & definitely enjoyed my experience. The food tasted great & was well presented. The waiter checked on us regularly & even the busboy/plate server checked in everytime he passed by. The outdoor seating on the closed patio is a plus although the ambiance & decor inside seemed to be great as well. Bathrooms were clean, & it's a great high-end casual restaurant. I will definitely be going back amd trying out their other locations!

Le service était excellent, j'ai demandé un changement dans mon assiette & pour une rare fois dans un restaurant, on me l'a accordé sans problématique & surtout sans frais supplémentaire. Ce fût très apprécié. Je suis allée à plusieurs reprises luncher ou souper chez vous, c'était la première fois pour le brunch & c'était très bien avec une serveuse très attentionnée.
Our seniors cycling group enjoyed an end-of-season lunch at this restaurant & it was a happy experience for us all. The service was efficient & very pleasant for our big crowd in this spacious restaurant. Easy to park nearby & the views out to the river are gorgeous. Thank you.

Excellent pour un lunch & repas sans prétention. Service courtois un peu désorganisé toutefois. Une assiette qui se veut de qualité & à prix raisonnable.
Service :
1. Accueil : Accueil rapide, courtois & avec le sourire. Toutefois, aucun accompagnement à la table. Focus rapide sur la prise de commande pour les breuvages. Le restaurant est à 25% de sa capacité à notre arrivée.
2. Prise de commande : Beaucoup de serveurs différents qui tournent autour de la table mais ça a pris beaucoup de temps avant qu’ils viennent prendre nos commandes. Les serveurs prennent peu de notes.
3. Attente : Délai anormalement élevé (~90 min) entre la prise de commande & l’arrivée des entrées. Les serveurs ne savent pas à qui va quel plat.
4. Service du repas : Il faut demander le sel. Il faut demander le poivre. Il faut rappeler aux serveurs les entrées oubliées.
5. Facturation : Le service était complètement désorganisé & ne venait jamais voir si nous voulions nos factures.
Nourriture :
1. Diversité : Menu simple avec peu de profondeur. Ce n’est pas mauvais dans la mesure où ça simplifie le menu du diner & fait en sorte que le service est rapide (ce qui n’a pas été le cas).
2. Qualité : Menu trop prétentieux pour une bouffe ordinaire mal préparée. Des frites hyper-salées à la viande de piètre qualité (tendons) dans le Chili con carne. Un hamburger trop cuit & sec. La crème de courge en entrée était toutefois excellente. Les accompagnements sont visuellement bien présentés mais trop souvent d’une simplicité enfantine.
En résumé, mauvais service excessivement désorganisé, peu attentif, nonchalant & très lent. La nourriture promet trop mais ne livre pas assez. Le focus est davantage sur la présentation que sur la profondeur & la complexité des saveurs. Le délai total entre notre arrivée & notre départ est inacceptable pour un diner d’affaires lors d’une journée où le restaurant était loin d’être complet. En guise d’excuses, une serveuse nous a offert des desserts gratuits qui étaient excellents (surtout le sorbet & le pouding chômeur). C’était notre première & dernière fois.
