Pour l'ambiance c'est très bien, par contre revoir votre niveau sonore musical........par moment trop élevé, difficile d'avoir une discussion sans élever la voix.

Je ne vais pas chez vous souvent, car c'est quand même cher pour mes moyens. Mais j'aime bien me gâter à l'occasion. La qualité de la nourriture est excellente. Au niveau du choix de menu, je ne mange pas de fruits de mer ni de poisson alors ca me limite un peu mais le tartare de boeuf & la bavette sont excellents alors ça va.

Il devrait y avoir au moins un napperon en papier blanc sur les tables pour la propreté. Musique d'ambiance totalement inappropriée. L'explosion de saveurs en bouche ne se retrouvait pas comparativement à notre première expérience d'il y a quelques années.

Nous y avons terminé la soirée, le 25 janvier 2024 MM Bérard, Gareau & moi-même. Serions nous arrivés plus tôt que j'aurais volontiers goûté plus de plats. Service au top par Amélie, la future mairesse de Mont-Laurier (elle ne veut pas nous croire mais, en plus d'être une femme à l'attitude contagieuse, elle a des idées pour la région!) Niveau bouffe maintenant: Des bonnes petites huîtres pour ouvrir le bal (J'aurais dû demander s'il y avait du tabasco pour en relever 2-3 :P) Frites parmesan Pavé de morue d'Islande, purée de pomme de terre, sauce grenobloise Des accras de morue faits «on the spot» j'ai l'impression avec une petite note de piquant en fin de bouche...j'en aurais mangé 5012 Trio de sorbets (camerises, framboises &... fraises je pense) Lémarette, un 3h de bagnole depuis Montréal... mais pour l'accueil, la bouffe, la jasette (Bérard dirait le karaoké après aussi), c'est du chemin qui vaut la peine!
