Excellente bière, bon service mais je n'ai pas goûter la cuisine bien que tout les clients semblaient beaucoup apprécier. Je dois absolument retourner goûter la nourriture.
Dans toutes le.microbrasseries où j'ai été, c'est celle où la bouffe est la meilleure. Excellente qualité, le goût est là. Un vrai régal. Excellente diversité de bières. On est assuré de trouver quelque chose à notre goût. Je recommande de réserver. L'endroit est très populaire. Le plateau dégustation est un must. Ce n'est pas une présélection. C'est votre choix de bières. Définitivement un incontournable si vous passez dans le coin!
For the past 5 years when passing by Mont-Laurier, I make sure to stop at the Microbrasserie (often needing to reserve in advance!). The newer chef is out of this world & surpasses most renowned restaurants in Quebec & Ontario. MDL serves both regular bar foods & exceptional dishes including tartare beef, bison & tuna, etc. Newer on the menu this year is the octopus which is spectacular (would take a full paragraph to properly describe). Octopus is a difficult dish to execute & often 90% overcooked even at prestigious establishments. The MDL is a hidden gem & has always impressed me by food quality & execution (creative plating) which shows the care into providing exceptional food & making it a fabulous culinary experience.
