La cote Google de ce restaurant est de 4,8. Soyons honnêtes : s'il était situé à Montréal, il n'aurait probablement pas plus qu'un 4,0 ou 4,1.
L'entrée de foie gras est décevante : les deux tranches de pain grillé servies avec le plat étaient manifestement les dernières du pain, mal coupées & de taille inégale. En plat principal, les pâtes sont servies sans qu'on vous propose du pain, du beurre, ni même du parmesan - un classique pourtant incontournable avec ce type de plat.
Le café aurait pu être bon… s'il ne s'était pas attardé sur le comptoir pendant dix minutes avant d'être servi. Résultat : il était froid.
Le seul vrai point positif : la serveuse au bar, très gentille & visiblement passionnée par son métier mais qui te sert un deuxième verre de vin différent du premier… dans le même verre.
Enfin, on peut saluer l'effort d'encourager les produits de la région, mais il faut aussi reconnaître que ce ne sont pas toujours les meilleurs choix à offrir à la clientèle.

Absolutely amazing. Food & service could not be beat. This is a world class institution serving local food & beverages. I would be back tomorrow if we were staying more than one night.

Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation un jeudi entre le service du midi & du soir & nous avons été gentiment accueillis par une charmante personne. Les plats préparés avec soin & avec des aliments de saison étaient absolument délicieux & magnifiques!

Wow! Quelle belle surprise !!!
À essayer absolument!! Tartare ultra frais , taillé au couteau , flétan cuit à la perfection.
Superbe sélection de vins en importation privée.
Merci à tout le personnels hyper attentionnés: Amélie, la sommelière compétente & passionnée , Naomie, la gentille hôtesse, Anthonia pour le tartare taillé au couteau parfait & Tariq, pour le flétan floconneux à souhait !!!
