J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience dans ce restaurant. J'ai commandé un club sandwich on en a pour notre argent l'assiette est très grosse & tout était délicieux. Ce n'est pas un simple (petit) club sandwich. À essayer si vous aime ce plat. Mon chum a pris la poutine épicé avec bacon & il l'a dévoré.

Délicieux, portion immense pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Club sandwich smoked-meat incroyable avec frites, pickles & salade de choux. Une assiette peut facilement nourrir 2 personnes.

J'avais de grandes attentes face aux voltigeurs surtout sa poutine depuis la campagne de réseau sociaux soutenue. Une chose est claire cet endroit est bien tenu, c'est propre, c'est beau, on y est bien accueilli, le service est impeccable, gentil, souriant & accommodant.... On a été servi a la vitesse de l'éclair & c'était très bon, j'ai eu meilleure poutine mais dans cette catégorie c'est une des bonnes!
De passage dans le coin hier soir, sa fesait longtemps que je voulais essayer le restaurant à Sylvain après avoir vu plusieurs de ses vidéos. Vraiment nous avons pas été déçu avec l'Assiette de Smoke Meat qui a ma fois, une portion bien généreuse de viandes fumée.
Le sandwich était succulent , la viande super tendre & juteuses avec un goût délicieux sûrement dû à sa marinade maison secrète de Sylvain.
La salade de choux est écoeurante, la meilleure que j'ai mangé depuis un bout de temps, un peu sucrée mais un mixte parfait d'ingrédients.
Les frites croustillantes & savoureuses. J'ai pris un extra sauce pour goûter alors vraiment surpris. Elle est onctueuse & son goût bbq wow vraiment très bonne!
J'ai eu de la misère à finir mon assiette dû aux portions généreuse à l'intérieur. Déjà hâte d'y retourner pour goûter aux autres plats que j'ai vu car ils avaient l'air délicieux & c'étaient à l'oeil de généreuses portions.
Très bon service malgré l'achalandage!!

Arrived at the peak of rush hour for the restaurant. We were quickly seated at a comfortable booth. Waitress was friendly, & smiling.
Both of us ordered smoked meat sandwiches, one regular & one super jumbo. The meat was machine sliced, but tender & juicy. Ordered medium fat, but was more lean. Enjoyed it very much, but if you are not a big eater, just order the regular size sandwich. Was really delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the food is because the meat is not hand sliced.
Went there for breakfast. Had nice runny eggs Benedict with smoked meat. I think it is not the same cut as for sandwiches. Guess I'll have to go back.

La poutine au smoked meat est vraiment Bonne. La grande poutine pour quelques dollars de plus que la petite, est énorme. Le smoked meat goûte le vrai smoked meat & non le smoked meat à sandwich de l'épicerie. Une grande quantité sur la poutine qu'il y en a à chaque bouchée.... Un délice !
Bonne portions j'ai essayé le club sandwich pour deux & tout était excellent. Le panier de frites bien cuite était très bonne & le club avec beaucoup de poulet. La prochaine fois j'essaierai la soupe à l'oignon gratiné & la salade.

Suite au visionnement des vidéos qui passent sur Facebook, dont celle du Pizza/Spaghetti 🤣❤?👌J'ai décidé de planifier dans un retour Gatineau/Québec d'aller à ce restaurant pour tenter d'y vivre l'expérience &, selon moi, j'ai pleinement été servi ! Bon ok, la salle à manger manque peut-être un peu d'amour. Par contre, ça rajoute au charme de l'endroit. Si vous auriez vu l'assiette smoked-meat du voisin : Je n'ai jamais vu un sandwich aussi gros de ma vie ! Pour ma part, le plat que j'ai commandé la fameuse Pizza/Spaghetti 🤤 : La meilleure que j'ai mangé de tout ma vie ! & les serveuses y sont charmantes & très attentionnées 🥰Heureusement, j'ai été chanceux d'y avoir une place, car victime de leur succès, leur stationnement avec moi était plein 😅 C'est de ma faute, j'aurais peut-être dû prévoir une réservation. J'aimerais qu'on m'explique, quelle est la différence entre ces deux sandwiches pas la même viande une viande qui a l'air en sachet & l'autre couper frais pas du tout la même chose
I've been here on many occasions; at the moment it's my go to restaurant for brunches. I'm loving the atmosphere, the cozy diner vibe & high booths. The staff is wonderful; I've been served by all the girls. They're all nice, attentive & almost a friend like service. I noticed a few of them know the clients by their names. One of the waitresses was wearing cute bunny ears today; they seem to really like kids & to be accommodating to families with children. The prices are phenomenal; although I didn't have the early bird special, I noticed it's only $8! They have about 5 choices to choose from. My friend had the Supreme breakfast & I've never seen that amount of English cream being served before. I had the smoke meat sandwich special & obviously I couldn't finish my plate. The portions are huge. The coffee seems to be ever flowing, My friend didn't even ask for her cup to be filled before the waitress arrived. I'm looking forward to sitting on their terrace this summer! Keep up the great work Voltigures Sainte Therese!
