During our first stay in Montreal, my wife & I discovered this place. This was the best bagel we have ever had! The smoked meat was excellent as well.

Great! Everyone was friendly & all 3 of the bagels I tried (in one sitting) were excellent The burgel in particular is genuinely better than many burgers from restaurants.

I was told that Montreal bagels were better than NYC bagels & I nearly fought that person. I tried Le Trou & I am reluctantly writing this review to say that he might be right. I had the salmon bagel & it was the best salmon bagel I've ever had. This place is fantastic.

Scrumptious bagels, nice atmosphere & friendly service. We come here at least once a week after aqua class. Nothing hits the spot better than an all dressed bagel with cream cheese & a coffee. Also can never leave without bringing some home - they freeze well!

The bagels are amazing , but the new guy at the cash is always in a bad mood & rude, can you change him & put someone else to work the cash? Someone who enjoys to serve people?

It's like a blind date turned into true love. I accidentally found this bagel store & became addicted to their bagels. The texture of the dough is just right, & the taste is delicious. Their sesame bagel is my fave. Highly recommended.
