Très bon service, personnel chaleureux. Excellents plats en ce qui concerne l'entrée & le repas principal. Quant au dessert, un peu dispendieux pour la portion servie.
The two staff serving all the tables were busy & efficient. The menus were presented on large "chalk boards" with English on one side & French on the other. My own wine to complement the meal kept the cost down. The appetizer, entree, & dessert were each perfectly done & each made me happy. On my next visit to Montreal I'll be at Le Square again.
Mon tartare de saumon était excellent. Mon fils, amateur de tartare de boeuf a bien aimé le sien, mais sans plus. Le décor est un peu défraîchi, les fenêtres étaient bariolées, on dirait que les murs n'ont pas été repeints depuis belle lurette. L'endroit aurait besoin d'être mis au goût du jour. Cela étant dit, on mange bien & ça reste chaleureux.
