Super expérience au restaurant Le Soleo. J'ai pris un steak Soleo & il était aussi tendre qu'un filet mignon. Cuisson demandé était parfaite. Sangria sans alcool juste wow. Quoi dire du service? Nous avons rien manqué de la soirée. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Je fréquente cet établissement depuis des années. Nous sommes toujours bien accueilli & très bien servis. La carte est très variée avec des plats à la française ou à l'italienne & au moins un choix de style asiatique. Le plus souvent nous prenons la table d'hôte qui change régulièrement avec un choix parmi la soupe ou la salade, le plat chaud & un dessert accompagné d'un café. Je prends régulièrement soit un quart ou un demi litre de vin. Les pâtes, les pizzas, les plats de viandes sont excellents. La semaine dernière mon père a goûté le poulet général tao & il a adoré. Le tout est toujours accompagné de pain chaud & de beurre aromatisé à l'ail avec quelques flocons de persil. Le Soleo est une valeur sûre à St-Jérôme. Il est toujours préférable réserver le soir puisqu'il est très achalandé surtout les soirs de spectacle à la salle Gilles-Vigneault qui est situé à proximité. La première fois que j'étais passée à ce restaurant c'était pour y prendre une commande pour emporter. Le propriétaire nous avait offert une demi baguette chaude pour apportez à la maison pour accompagner les plats que j'avais sélectionné, une delicate attention.

Super resto Qualités , Quantités & Prix tout est #1 Aussi c'est remarquable le fait qu'ils offrent la bouteille de vin au prix de la SAQ + 10$ Les propriétaires sont très présents a aider leur gentil staff efficace
