Cela n'a malheureusement pas été une expérience wow. Le service a été vraiment lent, entre notre arrivée & l'arrivée du premier plat environ 1h30, les autres plats suivants aussi assez long. Les portions sont petites mais délicieuses donc prévoyez plusieurs plats entre 3 & 5 pour combler vos appétits.
Notre serveuse était sympathique mais le service a vraiment été trop long je ne reviendrai pas.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience à la buvette en soirée! Le serveur était particulièrement accueillant, nous a fait de belles recommandations. Il était aussi très fier du menu, c'est toujours agréable à voir. Nous avons goûté à 6 plats & avons adoré l'équilibre des saveurs & la mise en valeur de produits de la forêt (difficile de faire plus local!). Les vins étaient très bons!

Une vraie découverte ce restau! Les saveurs & les présentations des plats sont incroyables. Chaques bouchées étaient une explosion de surprises! Un petit bée mol pour l'ambiance un peu trop froide mais han on peut pas tout avoir! Si tu es dans la région VA essayer ce restaurant, c'est le temps d'y aller avant qu'ils soient trop en demande!

J'ai reçu un service courtois, mais que devrais-je penser qu'on me vende une bouteille de vin à 48$ quand elle est vendue 30$ à la SAQ? Ne faites pas comme moi & vérifiez avant, car on n'y vend pas que des appellations privées.
