La Buvette Rouge Tomate in Saint-Sauveur is a gem! The food is fantastic,fresh, flavorful & beautifully presented. The staff are friendly & attentive, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit for great food & service!

What an amazing dining experience. This new Buvette at the Rouge Tomate (open Thursday thru Saturday nights) was a culinary delight. The cocktails were creative, the wine list was top notch, & the service was personable & professional. I was expecting typical French brassiere dishes but this far exceeded my expectations. We tried 7 plates from the menu & all of them were hits. Creative, fresh, beautifully plated & cooked to perfection. We tried the broccolini with tahini - absolutely delicious; the oysters with a clementine coulis were fresh,the mushroom dish sooo good. The beef tartare was a surprise - very creative, beautifully plated & a delicious mix of flavour & texture. The butternut squash was done up zoodle-style with black truffle, parmesan & brown butter - really good; the Octopus with cucumber, fennel, hibiscus & pine nuts - cooked perfectly & a great combination of flavours; The cavatellis in a garlic & pecorino cream sauce with honeyed brussel sprouts were my favourite. Finished off with a delicious oversized, halved, semi-soft chocolate chip cookie with fresh raspberry sorbet & chocolate/pistachio ganache. The coffee is amazing too. I had a cappuccino that was so good, I ordered a second one. The atmosphere is trendy bistro, about 25-35 seats with good background music. Young, hip, & polished. The place was full but the noise level didn't impede conversation at our table. I will absolutely be returning for another visit. Hats off to Juliet & her amazing team.

Je me suis acheté des scones au chocolat blanc & framboises ainsi qu'un muffin à la citrouille & un pain sans gluten. Tout était délicieux!!!!! Merci beaucoup 🤩

Pourrions-nous pour la première fois que nous visitons ce petit magasin, je vous le dis. Je ne suis pas déçu. Les propriétaires ou les personnes qui travaillent dans ce magasin sont d'une courtoisie. Une politesse vraiment impeccable en plus de connaître tous les produits qui ont aller faire un tour. C'est une belle petite place à Saint-Sauveu

Boutique très bien située , accès facile . Bon accueil . Le gros bémol : 15$ pour un sandwich ! Le prix n'était pas affiché , ça surprend au passage en caisse d'autant plus qu'à la dégustation j'ai constaté qu'il datait de la veille , le pain n'était pas frais ! Je serai vigilant si toutefois je retourne dans cet établissement.
